"The location was great, walking distance to Busan Station and the Busan Chinatown area with lots of food options. Overall rooms were clean with all the amenities and of good size. Only surprise was that the hotel had just changed their name as we had initially made our reservation under Bcent Hotel. There was also simple breakfast provided on the morning and free flow of coffee from the coffee machine on the ground floor."

"We really enjoyed our staying. The hotel is in 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station which is quite convenient. The staff was always friendly and helpful. It exceed our expectations. There were only 3 types of breakfast (pho Bo, stir fried rice and ”American breakfast” = eggs sausages bacon, bread with butter and hash browns), but everything every meal was really tasty, we liked it. Cleaning was at the top notch level. The staff cleaned everyday and it was perfectly clean (cleaning is not a big deal for me, but it's important for my gf and she liked it) . During our stay there washing machine was not available, but there are some laundries nearby. Everything was great, I can highly recommend this hotel.

"The Hotel is close to Busan Station. Several Sights are fast to Reach. The room was big and comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It consisted of toast and some things to make a Sandwich. There were no fruit or Juice. Better go to a market and enjoy breakfast there."

"Location wise this hotel was very close to one of the exits of Jagalchi Market station. You’ll need to use one of the elevators if you have heavy luggage as the closest exits don’t have escalators.
Check in was done via one of their related messenger apps. An attendant was available to help with the check in.
The room was very spacious and included an outdoor balcony. I was concerned about road noise but saw in other reviews that soundproofing here was excellent. As a light sleeper I can confirm this is true especially with the unit having double thick sliding doors. I slept very comfortably.
There are no international outlets in the room so make sure you bring a converter. You should be able to buy one from one of the convenience stores across the hotel on the ground level or the front desk may have some to loan out.
Pricing was a little higher than I preferred but it was still decent considering I had to book this location a little bit last minute. I’ll definitely consider staying at Magnum in the future."

Facilities are non existent, as we are not allowed to use the condo facilities, so no gym nor any pool. View from apartment is good though, so that's much appreciated.

The room was extreme clean, and there was a washing machine within the room itself. The staffs were very patient and friendly, and the room I had has a good view of the city. I would recommend this hotel to others.

LLazooLocation was right next to the subway station. Very clean and with good facilities. One thing that was greatly appreciated was the simple and well translated instructions for air conditioning. No more using Papago and struggling to figure it out. Also the view from the balcony of the main street was perfect.

EExpatI really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.
 The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

GGästanvändareExcellent 2 minute walk to Busan Station. Stayed 4 nights in Room 710. It was a big room with 2 single beds and spacious bathroom. It was mostly clean except for some dust on the window ledge and partition paneling. The bed area had USB-C and USB connections. I did not eat the hotel breakfast because there was a convenience store next door. We really liked this hotel but the bidet function was not working and the front desk staff did not help or explain the issue. I even showed the staff my short video but he could not explain properly in English. The housekeeper was more helpful and maybe I should have asked her instead. The most negative part of the bathroom was the lack of a shower curtain so the water went all over the floor. The best part though was the big window facing the ocean and city lights at night.

GGästanvändareThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character.
Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.
Amenities & Services:
While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.
