The receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.

The pics of the photo are accurate and really nice. I’m glad I took the one with the sea view even though it was a smaller room. Paid a little extra as son was staying with us and was expecting him to sleep on the sofa but they provided a foldable mattress. The hotel staff (day to evening, sorry didn’t ask your name) was extremely helpful, giving us advise and recommendation on where to go as well as places to eat (ate two of them was super yummy). Did I mention again the view was good? Located near the cultural villages and even has a spa connected to the hotel. I think it would be perfect if I manage to get the larger room with a view. If go to busan again will definitely consider staying again.

Good location right opposite train station. Service is decent, though troublesome at times as there's no service personnel on site. Facilities are non existent, as we are not allowed to use the condo facilities, so no gym nor any pool. View from apartment is good though, so that's much appreciated.

Location was right next to the subway station. Very clean and with good facilities. One thing that was greatly appreciated was the simple and well translated instructions for air conditioning. No more using Papago and struggling to figure it out. Also the view from the balcony of the main street was perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean room. Loved the balcony and bathtub. Would have liked local food options for breakfast and stronger coffee, but overall, ver enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Located at a strategic location , nearby Haeundae Beach Lots of f&b nearby, walking distance as well Hotel is clean and staff are friendly Only downside is the room be extremely stuffy at times as the air conditioning does not work. The staff accommodated me with a portable AC/Fan to help with the situation. Other than that, overall no other complaints.

The hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.
