Platserna var bra 😊, det finns en kall gata för dem som gillar fred där hotellet är beläget och det finns upptagna gator för dem som gillar att festa och det är en promenad. Hotellet är som 7 minuters promenad från tågstationen som gjorde resan mycket lätt.Det finns många aktiviteter att göra i Suwon.Hotellet är rent och jag älskade checken ut vid 12:00. Checken in var lite sent 16:00, men det var inget problem eftersom vi ville utforska staden ändå.Tjänsten var bra och det fanns någon som talade lite engelska vid checken i kontanter som är bra för utlänningar 💃🏽❤️

Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel. However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use. Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

아주 깔끔하고 실용적인 숙소이에요ㅎㅎㅎ 객실 컨디션이 사진과 거의 동일했어요.침구류가 정돈되어 있어 첫인상이 좋아요❤️침대 매트리스도 푹 꺼지지 않고 적당히 탄탄해서 숙면하기 괜찮았고, 자쿠지도 크기도 크고 깊어서 몸 담그기 너무 좋았어요 최고최고! 전체적으로 가성비가 좋고, 깔끔함과 실용성을 중요하게 생각하는 분들에게 적합한 숙소입니다:)

I arrived way before check-in time and, without question, the owner gave me a key for a room that was already prepared. Very kind of him. Room was well equipped. I never heard any noise all night. Great value for the price. Not being able to speak Korean I found it a bit hard to find but largely because the English translation of the name in Trip.com was different from what was actually on the hotels signs! Sign outside the hotel says Royal Motel. But a woman from neighbouring shop quickly took me to it. So no problem really.

Kim , Dain(김다인)  who is front receptionist  was very kind . She made us very comfortable  during staying there. She's a  excellent  receptionist. And breakfast was so delicious. Chef was very  nice man.   We were very happy to stay there. Thank you hotel symphony.

I ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

강아지랑 2박을 사용했는데 조금 불편 했어요 그냥 잠만 딱!잘수있는 곳 을 찾으시는 분들은 괜찮으실것 같아요 조용하고 주변에 식당&술집은 많아요 아! 큰방도 있는것 같은데 안봐서 모르겠네요

연박이라 청소 부탁드렸는데 들어오니 청소가 전혀 되어있지 않았어요ㅠㅠㅜㅜ 연박 2일중 한분은 엄청 친절 한분은 엄청 불친절해요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 침구류는 푹신하고 좋구요 물도 3개들어있어요 굿 👍🏻
