"1. The room is very clean and comfortable.
2. It is located in a community area with restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
3. The hotel is surrounded by main roads on several sides, but the rooms are well soundproofed.
4. The reception staff are cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help during their working hours. This was my first time staying here, so I asked for their assistance quite a lot until checkout.
5. If you plan to visit tourist attractions, you will need to take a bus for about 25–30 minutes to reach Hwaseong Fortress or Starfield Library. However, if you have a car, this hotel is definitely a great and worthwhile choice.

"Everything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅
One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!"

"The hotel has a good location — it’s within walking distance to a mini market, shopping mall, restaurants, and cafés. The male receptionist was very friendly and polite. However, the lady at reception was not friendly !We were only provided one bath towel, and when we requested another from her, she refused. I don’t understand why she declined to provide an extra towel."

"Platserna var bra 😊, det finns en kall gata för dem som gillar fred där hotellet är beläget och det finns upptagna gator för dem som gillar att festa och det är en promenad. Hotellet är som 7 minuters promenad från tågstationen som gjorde resan mycket lätt.Det finns många aktiviteter att göra i Suwon.Hotellet är rent och jag älskade checken ut vid 12:00. Checken in var lite sent 16:00, men det var inget problem eftersom vi ville utforska staden ändå.Tjänsten var bra och det fanns någon som talade lite engelska vid checken i kontanter som är bra för utlänningar 💃🏽❤️"

"The value for money is great! Really nice location, just a few mins to all the shops and restaurants, staff were great!

"The price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect.
The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead."

"The hotel was very comfortable. The service was excellent and the front desk was really helpful. The location is very convenient and close to the subway and bus stops. You can travel to the fortress and see the cherry blossoms in Spring."

AAnonym användareFamily room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel.
However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use.
Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

객실 컨디션이 사진과 거의 동일했어요.침구류가 정돈되어 있어 첫인상이 좋아요❤️침대 매트리스도 푹 꺼지지 않고 적당히 탄탄해서 숙면하기 괜찮았고, 자쿠지도 크기도 크고 깊어서 몸 담그기 너무 좋았어요 최고최고!
전체적으로 가성비가 좋고, 깔끔함과 실용성을 중요하게 생각하는 분들에게 적합한 숙소입니다:)

GGästanvändareI arrived way before check-in time and, without question, the owner gave me a key for a room that was already prepared. Very kind of him. Room was well equipped. I never heard any noise all night. Great value for the price.
Not being able to speak Korean I found it a bit hard to find but largely because the English translation of the name in Trip.com was different from what was actually on the hotels signs! Sign outside the hotel says Royal Motel. But a woman from neighbouring shop quickly took me to it. So no problem really.

It was in a good location and was fairly priced, seems like maybe an old love hotel type but spacious and does the job for a couple of nights, maybe not best if staying longer term.

SSojo BrileyYeah, this hotel was interesting. It looked like the pictures provided but, it wasn't as clean. It's could stand to have an update in furniture. I truly loved the bed though, softest one I've been in since I've been traveling around korea for the past year. It's decent if you want to just go out with friends but it gives *** motel vibes so I would never bring someone I'm dating there. All and all it's not bad but it's a going out to get drunk and just need a place to lay your head kind of place.

GGästanvändareThe host didn't give me door password, i arrived around 9pm and luckily i have Korean friend who able to call him for the password. The host agree check out 1130am, but 11am thre cleaning lady already and just open the door eventhough she knew from shoes outside the guest haven't check out. Other than this issue, i actually like the place, the vibe was good.
