När jag bokade hotellet gjorde jag en särskild begäran om tidig incheckning för 10 dagar sedan, men hotellet svarade inte på några meddelanden, det här är orimlig service. Jag förstår att man ibland inte kan checka in tidigt, men om hotellet sa att jag kunde ordna ett annat hotell, och sist när jag anlände till hotellreceptionen klagade en kvinna i receptionen på att badrumsdörren på rummet var trasig och att toalettdörren inte gick att låsa. Jag insåg att de skulle ge mig samma rum, men de behöll mig efter 3 timmars väntan. 😡😡😡😡😡 Detta kan jag ge en recension för obesvarat svar."

Нам достался спартанский номер без тумбочек у кроватей, без шкафов и вешалок, с отвалившимися крючками в ванной.
Мы не стали качать права и требовать переселения так как были в отеле 3 неполные ночи. И так как забронили его за 3 часа до заселения, потому что нашу предыдущую бронь отменил хозяин на букинге."

"The staff Is very friendly and nice,
Very good breakfast and good location.
Unfortunately the humidity in the room is quite intense and there is mould in the rooms. We asked to change room because of mould sensitivity and the answer was that all the rooms have it and they cannot do much about it.
The pool is just ornamental and the services cost extra (quite overpriced compared to other place in the medina).
For the price we would expect a bit more."

"Great location for budget travellers: not far from the train station (walkable distance), safe and lively neighborhood without the Medina chaos, bus stop for several lines to the Medina (4 DH one ride), large Carrefour supermarket nearby, several tour agencies with cheaper than Internet prices. The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service.
They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

GGästanvändareRiad Musee is ideally located close the the heart of the medina. The hosts are brilliant; friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace was a highlight, with views across the medina. The interior of the riad is very well kept, clean and comfortable.

MMR TOURS AND TRAVELSI recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the stunning view from the window added an extra touch of relaxation.

AAnonym användareIt was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking.
There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice.
I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade.
The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though.
The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations.
The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too!
What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay.
The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable.

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

Ppixie treatsThe service is superb! We availed the airport pickup to get to the Riad easily. We arrived around 2100 but they waited for us to serve our dinner. Staff are very welcoming even if it is already late. They even arranged a breakfast pack as we are checking out early. Will definitely return! Special thanks to Ihmad!

GGästanvändareWe didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
