Highly recommend hotel for los cabos ! No bugs , very clean , not a small room , reasonable price in cabos , friendly staff (who speak English well) Has balcony with view, fridge is working well , breakfast included , has small cleaned kitchen(I didn't use though since I stayed only 1 night ) , welcome cookie , 2 water for free. I liked everything that hotel offered . Needed to walk a bit from center but I liked it because I could see local store , beautiful flowers. I didn't even checked out yet but I am writing this review since I satisfied. If I come back to cabos , I will definitely choose this hotel again

С перелётом была проблема, в Стамбуле меня и около 60 пассажиров не пустили на рейс, хотя мы проходили регистрацию. Я связалась с отелем и попросила сделать возврат денежных средств, хотя сумма возврата не подлежала, БЛАГОДАРЮ, что мне пошли на встречу и поменяли даты. Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience a été positive. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le petit déjeuner, bien qu'il ne propose pas une grande variété, était simple mais savoureux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Le service à la clientèle était excellent, l'équipe était attentive, sympathique et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes besoins, ce qui a vraiment ajouté à la qualité de mon séjour. En plus, la vue depuis le toit était tout simplement magnifique, un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter du paysage. L'ascenseur est également un atout, surtout après une longue journée de marche. C'est vraiment pratique de pouvoir accéder à sa chambre facilement quand on est fatigué. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également parfait, il est situé près de tout, ce qui permet de découvrir rapidement les attractions locales sans avoir à trop se déplacer. Cependant, il y a quelques inconvénients à mentionner. Les prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas toujours correctement, ce qui a été un peu frustrant, et l'insonorisation dans les chambres laisse à désirer. J'ai pu entendre facilement les bruits provenant des chambres voisines, ce qui a légèrement affecté mon confort. Dans l'ensemble, si vous cherchez un endroit bien situé et avec un service impeccable à Los Cabos, l'hôtel Colmena Marina est une bonne option !

Really lovely hotel. Pay for a room and get a full apartment. Perfect for families with kids. Comes with little kitchenette. Close to a beach. All apartments come with view of the Arc. Sunrise and sunset views are amazing from your balcony. Pools are lovely. Nice quiet area. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Would suggest renting a car to get around the area.

I have stayed at this hotel perhaps six or seven times. I like the location it is close to the city (2 blocks ) it is close to the beach (2.5) blocks. Close to some tasty restaurants. Very big pool and free laundry. Free breakfast was tasty!! Also free use of washer and dryer. Hotel restaurant is also tasty. Dont forget to ask for your free maragraita coupon per person upon check in, I will return to this hotel happily!

Right on the waterfront our room had balcony facing the ocean but on main road which can be noisy

Cleanliness its a plus in this property! The rooms needs some attention in maintenance issues. Front desk have troubles with my reservation, I reserved a ocean view room and they give me a parking lot view, too tired to complaint and move rooms. Everything else it was good, staff super friendly and kind.

location close to INM which is the best selling point. breakfast sucks no good for Canadian maybe. people are nice.
