"Jag väljer detta hotell eftersom vi har ett flyg tidigt på morgonen och de tillhandahåller pendelbuss till flygplatsen som ligger 5 minuter bort.
Jag hade inga problem med att sova gott efter en lång promenad i Penang. Men mina föräldrar har klåda och kan inte sova gott hela natten från madrassen. Jag antar att föräldrar kan vara lite känsliga. Så jag hoppas att de förbättrar renlighetsdelen!

”Our stay at Hotel Pen Mutiara was absolutely wonderful! One of the biggest highlights was the huge room we stayed in—it was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for the family, and remarkably clean from top to bottom.
The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious; we particularly loved the Ikan siakap tiga rasa, which is a must-try for anyone visiting. After our meal, we spent a relaxing afternoon by the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained, providing a great escape from the Penang heat.
The location is also unbeatable for sightseeing. It is located very near to the Aquarium Tunku Abdul Rahman (Fisheries Department Research Institute), which made our morning outing so convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent local flavors and easy access to nearby attractions!”"

"Wonderful stay. The apartment was very well equipped. Lots of cleaning supplies & washing detergent. Washing machine was so useful. Room was clean and modern. Building has a good sized infinity pool with a stunning view of Queensbay. A shallow pool for kids, playground, gym, kids play room, games room & chill out area. Only thing would be to add a convenience store on the ground floor but there is one across the road & vending machines on 13th floor. Security are always onsite and so friendly so makes you feel very safe."

The suite is wonderful and very convinient for us. Very relax suite.
Juz oni 1 issue is the toilet smell but understd ths isn't easy to fix.

Alll satisfied (including online services from the host) except the issue with parking RFID Card which was annoying because of malfunctioned during my stays.
I have to call upon either operator or personnel who worked nearby (at parking's gate) to open the barrier gate happened everytime I went out for my meeting with stakeholders or during foodies hunt.
However, to be fair, overalll, I still recommend this place (Setia Tri Suite by Homey Planet) to everyone. Kind host.
**A small space for improvement is the rising issue (RFID Card not detected) will be resolved very soon.

This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

As we entered the unit at 9.00 pm due to last minute bookings, the unit was clean and tidy. Even though the hall's air conditioning is sweezing but well functioning. Overall, we are happy for the stay and very highly recommended for family or friends with 3-6 person as they provide 2 single beds, 1 double decker and 1 queen bed. Ample space at hall attached with the dining table. Further more, the unit located at the very next elevators, less worrying when we get in and out at night especially. Easy to get various foods and basic stuff and there are clinics and self-laundry down stairs. We will surely looking forward for the next visit.

Great location to stay if you are visiting bayan lepas area. Famous Kayu Nasi Kandar is opposite the premise. Overall the room is clean and well equipped with appliances.Customer Service replied promply through whatsapp. Recommended!

I really like this hotel because it feels very cozy—just like being at home.
During my first stay, I booked for 2 nights, and I enjoyed it so much that I came back the following month for 4 nights.
Whenever I travel for work, this hotel is always my top choice to stay.

The location is very convenient to access to convenience stores and eaters. However the cleanliness and exhaust ventilation of the hotel need to be improved and at least one receptionist should be around and not ask customer to call upon check-in or check-out
