"Very nice staff and Accomodating. Very Accesible and close to eveything . It was relaxing and worry free no hassle at all.the pool was not that fab but it will do my kid still enjoyed it. They only served breakfast and I was advise that they dont Cater for Lunch or Dinner"

CCarisRSuch great value for staying in a vibrant area of Manila! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast is recommended in the lobby cafe (best meal we’ve have on our trip!).
Our room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and AC. The TV connects to YouTube, Netflix etc. If you like having something on whilst in the room.
We were aware before staying that being in a built up area meant you could hear the noise outside and this didn’t bother us at all.
The shower was cold and I’m sure had we minded the staff would have fixed it or changed room. But it was actually quite a welcome respite from the muggy hot weather!

PPau OcsapRed Planet är vårt förstahandsval av hotell. Platsen var lättillgänglig dit vi åkte. När det gäller renlighet, faciliteter och service var det bra. Vi har inte provat deras mat eftersom vi är ute och våra släktingar bjuder oss på det. Men nästa gång måste jag definitivt prova. Helhetsupplevelsen är fantastisk.

The staff provided outstanding service—they were polite, quick to assist, and always smiling. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted fresh. The hotel is also close to restaurants and major attractions. Highly recommended!

MMR NOBODY76Second stay here. Loved the location with entertainment and halal food nearby. Room with comfortable bed and a strong hot shower. Had an issue with the room safe but it was resolved promptly. Security was tight too with big men handling the door.

MMsGracieRumsstädningen var på toppnivå och hotellgrejer var så vänliga. En dam hjälpte till med sin telefon så att jag kunde köpa saker online innan jag fick mitt simkort. Och det var lätt att få matleveranser eftersom det finns restauranger runt omkring.....det finns till och med en mittemot Leez Inn 😁. Om jag någonsin kommer tillbaka till Filippinerna kommer jag definitivt att stanna där.
Men tvålen som ges är liten, det är precis som att handtvättsåpan inte badar en. Så ta med badtvål, badtofflor, slipers, morgonrock och en liten handduk om du behöver.

MMariCris TI am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

GGästanvändareIt's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down).
Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room).
The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet.
Good bed and decent shower. Good AC
2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary

GGästanvändareThe room shows signs of age and wear, with some visible deterioration, such as peeling paint on the bathtub and mold beneath the silicone. The mattress is quite firm, with the inner springs noticeable at times. Despite these issues, the room offers a comfortable and home-like atmosphere that made my stay pleasant overall. The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Jerico, who was consistently attentive and responsive to all my requests.
