The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

We decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel. We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

Hotellet var jättebra och rent. Emman och Jeno i receptionen var mycket tillmötesgående och alltid redo att hjälpa till om man behövde hjälp med något. Frukosten är inte en buffé, men vissa rätter på menyn ändras, vilket är fantastiskt. Det här stället ligger precis vid stranden där det finns vattensporter, vilket är perfekt för personer som älskar att utöva vattenaktiviteter. Hotellet har inget gym för mina gymbesökarvänner, men man kan göra vattenaktiviteter för att bränna alla kalorier! Den krispiga strimlade adobon med pocherat ägg på menyn är ett måste! Hotellet erbjuder även massage på rummet. Mycket lättillgängligt och gångavstånd till Dmall. Fortfarande en del av station 2. Man kan låna parasoller och handdukar till stranden från hotellet, vilket gör det ännu bekvämare. Sammantaget var det toppen.

The hotel very kindly upgraded our room and put us closer to the sea at JONY'S BEACH RESORT, with the sea just across the road. I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff. The hotel staff are very friendly, smiling, and pleasant people. They will help you with anything and tell you everything you need to know. They decorated our room and the wall in honor of our anniversary and scattered rose petals on the bed, which was very sweet and pleasant. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a very tasty welcome drink, which was freshly squeezed watermelon. In our experience, it was the most delicious drink among other hotels. Breakfast with a sea view is wonderful, a great restaurant. The excellent JONY'S restaurant on the beach, I recommend it to everyone! The hotel provides currency exchange, which is very convenient. If you are leaving early in the morning and don't have time for breakfast, they will give you sandwiches to take with you, and you can choose the flavor yourself. It was very nice, we enjoyed the sandwiches and water at the airport! Thank you to the very friendly staff, the wonderful girls at the reception, the administration, and the entire hotel for a great time. We love the tropical vibes of this resort and plus factor is beach front and accesible the main road of station1 boracay for easy trasnpo going to station2 if you dont want to walk. Another thing much better if they offer a complimentary slipper as a guest amenity. Also their corned beef menu in breakfast doesn't taste good.

I am generally pleased and satisfied with my stay at Nigi Nigi Too. The staff and cleaners are friendly and attentive. When booking at this hotel, here are a few things to keep in consider: - The standard room doesn’t have a refrigerator. Instead, there’s a large refrigerator available for everyone to use on the first floor. - Free drinking water is also available on the second floor for everyone to use. - The hotel only provides mugs inside the room, so it’s a good idea to bring your own water container or thumbler. - There’s no cabinet to store your clothes, but there’s a designated area where you can lay them out. - Hangers are included in the room. - I was provided with two bath towels. - You can always request to clean your room during the makeup room hours. - There’s no elevator, so if you’re staying on the third floor, you’ll have to take the stairs. The room is well-equipped with a functional air conditioning system, a TV, a lampshade with a small table and two chairs, and a clean, unclogged bathroom. The bathroom also features a working water heater, a bidet, and a lavatory with complimentary dental kits. Additionally, they provide body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The WIFI works perfecty fine too. You can always request a beach towel daily. However, slippers are not provided during my stay. The breakfast is excellent. As a solo traveler, I booked a room that accommodates two people, but I was still able to receive two breakfast meals per day. My room is located on the third floor, at the very end of the building in the resort. I highly recommend booking a room on the second floor. You’ll be conveniently close to the water dispenser and the first floor. Additionally, it’s just a minute’s walk to the beautiful white beach. There’s a bar at the hotel entrance, so it might get quite noisy at night. The walkway to the end building is beautiful; it’s like walking through a garden. The rates at trip.com is cheaper rather than booking direct at the hotel. Overall I am happy with my stay will sure keep this hotel in mind when i plan to go back to Boracay. We had a pleasant experience staying at Lime Hotel. It’s conveniently located along the road where you can ride e-trikes and mini buses easily to save time instead of walking. Our room has everything we need as well. The only downside for us are the stairs but it’s not that big deal I think. We are also commending every staff as they are all helpful and they always greets us whenever they see us. Overall, we had a great stay at this budget hotel in Boracay Island! 😊

Check in was fast. Staff and security were friendly. Great location in front of the beach. But the resort seems old and the floor in the room was sticky. 3 options of pool to relax in. Booked a deluxe room even though I was alone. Room was big. The towels were worn out though.
