The location is convenient, most importantly quiet and peaceful. There is a cool pool. The air conditioning works properly, which is not a small thing in our climate. There are minuses: Water pressure in the shower was sometimes absent at all. Under the sink is a constant puddle. Slippers are absent. Towels for a week not once changed. Garbage was not removed..... The staff is not seen and not heard. This is the most important thing:)All in all, I liked it. The territory is well-maintained. Apartments in studio format. There is a TV, a spacious bed, you can live.

Really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at this hostel, cosy swimming pool, nice stuff, clean and convenient.

Встреча:- приехали в 13 часов, нам без ожидания выдали номер с балконом на первом этаже, но там в том момент пахло сыростью, я пошла на ресепшен и попросила поменять на номер с балконом на втором этаже, без проблем поменяли номер с видом на бассейн, багаж тоже подняли они сами (очень крутая лестница), номер очень порадовал, мебель вся новая, матрасы мягкие, плитка на полу блестит, сейф в номере, сантехника вся рабочая, вид с балкона хороший на бассейн. Завтрак- шведский стол, ну так себе ( были 4 ночи) каждый день одно и тоже, но каждый выберет себе сам, голодными точно не останетесь! Расположение очень удачное: и до пляжа Алона бич, и до макдональса примерно метров 150. Через дом открытая концертная площадка, вечером каждый день в 19.30 и 21.30 фаер шоу, билет по 100 песо, там же детская площадка и кафе с вкусным мороженым. На Алона бич лежаков ни за деньги, ни от кафе нет, просто пляж с белым песком. Сотни местных предлагают экскурсии, жемчуг и массаж. Экскурсии- мой совет- пройдитесь, приценитесь у всех, торгуются очень хорошо, даже если на рекламе есть ценник. В отеле Бассейн глубокий, лежаки удобные, полотенце выдают на ресепшене, даже есть спасательные жилеты на бассейне. В номере Убираются каждый день и меняют полотенце без запроса. Очень рекомендую этот отель, ни о чем не пожалели. Спасибо всему персоналу.

Первое что нужно знать, нормальной дороги к этому отелю нет. Сюда не приезжает такси. Остается только брать байк и ездить самим. В целом сам отель хороший, есть бассейн, кафе, красивая территория. В номере есть холодильник, чайник выдают по запросу, шкаф для одежды. Номер выглядит хорошо. Убираются по запросу. Так как отель находится в джунглях, тут много живностей. По ночам что то скребет потолок, гекконы забираются в комнату и всю ночь орут. Завтраки на выбор. Достаточно хорошие. Отдельное спасибо персоналу. Всегда вежливые и со всем готовы помочь 🙏

Pros: -Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard -clean room -Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food -friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager Cons: -Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos. -There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool. -I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣 -No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management -tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY -we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website -corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside **AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.

Since my originally booked hotel was unresponsive, and as a woman traveling alone I had concerns about safety, I ended up booking this hotel without having much prior information. I stayed here for 4 nights, and I’d like to share my honest experience 🙂 The staff always greeted me with warm smiles, which made me feel comfortable and welcome. They showed great patience and determination in trying to resolve any situation, never giving up easily. Grab works very well here — both car rides and food delivery were easy to get. The location is convenient for accessing tour operators. Contrary to some reviews, the swimming pool was always clean during my stay. There is no elevator, but the stairs are not steep, so it wasn’t too difficult. The beach in front of the hotel is nice for relaxing and lying down, but not ideal for adult snorkeling. However, it seems suitable for young children under 7 years old to play safely. The hotel layout is a bit different from typical hotels, so it may feel slightly confusing at first. Breakfast offers three menu options: American, Filipino, and one additional option I can’t quite recall. If you have an early tour and can’t have breakfast, you can request a free sandwich in advance. I also discovered that you can enjoy a nice massage at a nearby place outside the hotel. The resort was nice and clean and the swimming pool was excellent because it was heated ..the only thing is it's far from the center but it was ok if u want to relax and have a solemn and peaceful stay .🤗🥰

Our family trip was amazing .. very accomodating and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. But 1 thing more, they should have intercom phones in the room so if the guest has any concerns or requests no need to go outside and go to the reception.
