SUPER NICE AT MABAIT – parang mga kapitbahay mong handang tumulong kahit ano pa! Nag-assist sila agad pagdating ko, tapos sagot agad sila sa mga tanong ko about sa area. Price-wise? SULIT NA SULIT AT AFFORDABLE – hindi ka magre-regret ng perang ginastos mo, promise! Plus points pa: SOBRANG LAPIT SA NAIA AIRPORT – perfect for early flights or pag galing lang sa abroad na pagod ka na. And syempre, malapit din sa MALL OF ASIA if you wanna do last-minute shopping or kain bago umalis/kapag dating mo. "Sequoia Hotel, Manila Bay – A Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic stay at Sequoia Hotel in Manila Bay! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it such a comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect — right near the bay area, so it was super easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit. Whether for sightseeing or shopping, I never had any trouble getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the food! The menu was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, I loved my time at Sequoia Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable place to stay in Manila Bay."

"We arranged airport transfer and waited over half an hour for it to arrive, a grab would have been just 5 mins and cheaper. The reception was fine and the roof top terrace and bar was nice but the rest of the hotel was under renovation so very tatty and evidence of work ongoing. It’s situated close to the airport but the area outside is quite run down. Lots of KTV bars, but also lots of people sleeping on the streets and begging. We decided to take a walk to the bay, which had a nice stretch of bars and restaurants and the walk through a town with a few sights was quite nice, however I would suggest catching a tuk tuk as it was quite a long walk and had to walk alongside a few busy major roads. I can’t say it was an unpleasant experience, but I wouldn’t choose to stay again."

"The location was excellent—close to the venue of the event we attended, and conveniently near both the airport and the MRT. While you can hear trains and airplanes from the window, which might be challenging for light sleepers, it wasn’t an issue for us. The room was decent, though it could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. I appreciated having hot water available 24/7. Service was good, even though we didn’t have much interaction with the staff. There are no extra amenities, but it delivers a straightforward hotel stay. Overall, it was a great value for the price. I would recommend it if you’re simply looking for a comfortable place to stay."

", I booked a queen room. For my sister and my brother inlaw so that they can relax before ate will go back to HONGKONG for work. At first the room is okay yet they said the room, I booked has problems with some like electrics💔. You put them. In another room yet 2 small separate bed then the shower room or the drainage of the room is clogged and the aircon is not working well its too hot so they put them again in another room, same room separate beds.. You ruined my sisters staycation 💔. Sunday my sister change room again because the room they gave the door is not working well can't be closed they said battery problems..Same room 2 separate single beds omg..the wifi is not good also i don't know but your service is so bad. You ruined my sister and my brother in laws staycation woth just offering sorry omg what kind of service is that💔...nakakagalit na ewan hiyang hiya aq na nagbook para sana maenjoy nila before ulit makabalik si ate sa hk..."

"I highly recommend this condotel for any travelers due to its proximity to the airport and major shopping centers like Aseana Manila Bay, Ayala malls, MOA, and PITX. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are clean and well-stocked. Shared gym and pool amenities. I've stayed here multiple times, and the reasonable rates makes it an ideal choice.
