Booked this hotel for the minion run event, stayed for 1 night. We roam around during night time. Very near the parqal mall and ayala manila bay mall. Very nice location, friendly staff, you have your designated parking space. you can also use their swimming pool. Very quite area. Good place to relax.

Stayed here for one night during my trip to Manila and honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The AC worked perfectly (which is super important in Manila 😅), and the building facilities were great — there’s a swimming pool, gym, and pretty much everything you’d need. It felt very convenient and easy. The host was responsive and the whole process was smooth from check-in to check-out. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Cozy Stay at Azure. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent amenities, including fast WiFi, a PS5, smart TV, karaoke system, and even popcorn, which made the stay fun and relaxing. The space was well-maintained and suitable for families or groups. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall environment felt safe and comfortable. Overall, this is a great choice for a staycation or short getaway, offering both comfort and entertainment. Pang 3 times ko na ito pagpunta dito..napaka convenient nya malalapit lang sa market,groceries sa likod lang at si nanay yung ng aasist sa amin (owner) napakabait nya...at lagi ako ng booked dito kz malapit lang sa airport...👍👍👍

Area is good, malinis po and they are very accomodating during our arrival, utensils are clean. Nag enjoy po ako sa pagstay dito since yung balcony ay kitang kita yung pool. Highly recommended and we’ll book again. Kuddos!! 🥰😊😊

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
