The host is very responsive to our inquiry. The place is close to everything malls,parks you name it. They are kind and professional. We will definitely book with them again. Place is clean and amenities complete. Thank you😍

The location is really good. It is in a commercial place and near to everything like convenient stores, fast food restaurants and small eateries . The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. The drinking water is refillable.

Jag har använt andra semesterprogram för att planera mina resor - jag har just insett Trip.com är topp när det gäller att förbereda/minns/ändringar för det kommande hotellet/flyget. Nu tillbaka till fastigheten detta INTE för att göra ett företag som en kondo/hotell hyra ser dåligt ut, men en ärlig observation kommer från en som mig som bor i N Amerikansk land Liksom USA(Jag är asiatisk och amerikansk upphöjd) Som SE-asiatisk resenär är de INTE beredda på behoven: Snabbhet Insättning /over verification - too much paperwork/time (Ursäkta att jag är sen - som 15-30-min är inget för någon kultur, men i USA lärde vi oss ”om du är på tiden” du är sen. Jag hoppas att ni tar detta i beaktande för det som nämns ovan. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are skillful in English ask again, 24/7 means open all day and all night & most does not understand those numbers. Personligen kommer jag att stanna på hotell där jag inte har begärt kontantinsättning (1 natt ENDAST) jag var tvungen att använda U$D jag sprang ut ur den lokala valutan. Jag var tvungen att ta en bild av min $40 så jag vet att det verkligen var pengarna jag gav dem (Jag borde inte ha denna typ av känsla - men jag gjorde:/) Tack så mycket för att du lyssnade

We had a little challenging experience at first during check-in. I informed that owner that we were coming for check in around 1am. Coming from abroad, I had no sim card nor internet. The security guards were kind enough to call the owner using their phone. However, the owner NEVER ONCE answered our calls. Although, when I messaged them in the website, (I had to use my out-of-state roaming which I know will charge me extra), they were quick enough to get back to me. My only question is what's the point in having a contact number when you can't even answer your phone? The self check in process would have been smoother if they answered our calls. Other than that the room was really nice. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed longer.

We were pretty upset. Honestly looks are deceiving. It looks nice on the photos, but it was pretty dirty and dusty and they were cockroaches in the bathroom and we kept killing them for our entire two days stay. I would not recommend this hotel or at least this room. The staff was very kind and nice and they did help me at the front desk, but I think this is a separate operation because the room is probably a rental listed on Trip.com separate from the building. There was not a sheet for the bed. Only a small blanket, not big enough for two people to share. We had to use a towel provided and fitted sheet that was meant for the bed. I reached out with my complaints via WhatsApp and they said we should’ve contacted them sooner and did not offer any resolution other than to try harder next time. It’s sad because the area is really nice and we loved the convenience.

The unit was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to High Street. Highly recommend!

Nice bed, clean room, good toilet with bidet and hot shower with shampoo, bath soap and towels. Kettle and mug available. No complimentary water. Toothbrush not included, bring your own or purchase from 7 11 just beside the lobby of the hotel. 😊 NOTE: refundable Php2000 cash deposit required upon check-in.

Fourth or fifth trip to BGC. Always stay in these condos. Only minor issues with the room, such as no hand towel. Love the area and this location is near to everything. Biggest issue was checkout time. I received a message less than 24 hours before checkout saying 11am checkout time. (Admittedly, I didn’t see the see message but I do find that early) They were knocking on the door at 11:01 and had apparently booked pest control for 11:00. Quite annoyed they would book something for that time. Otherwise a great visit.

It is spacious and the location is convenient. Room is near the pool. We liked the sofa and futons, and there were plently of pillows and blankets. There is also available cookware and cutlery. Water runs nicely as well. If any, it would be better if the host reaches out proactively or at least checks to make sure if we are already settled in. The host was abit hard to reach, and the lobby frontdesk made me feel like I'm being bothersome. Also, the building corridor (outside the room) smells pungent like curry. The smart tv has no Netflix altho has other streaking services, we had to cast our laptop to be able to watch.
