"When we arrived the water thing was broken in the bathroom and we had to call for mechanic to fix it. Additionally the window did not fully close , kinda bad when outside it is -10 c. BUT : GREAT STAFF!! Super helpful, very kind. Location close to central station and center (10min walking). I would stay again for that."

"Booked a room with one double bed, but at check in given a long narrow room with three single beds along the walls and little space between, at the reception my claims were dismissed quite indifferently. All the rest about the hotel was OK and even good: central location with comfortable walking distance to the main transport facilities, very tasty sumptious breakfast with friendly staff, good internet and cosy inner courtyard."

"Allt var utmärkt. Bra service, bra frukost. Personalen var mycket vänlig. De hjälpte mig med att ordna parkering online, vilket annars hade varit omöjligt för mig."

"Fantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great on one of the main tram lines and close to the bus and train stations. Room and bathroom were the perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fresh water dispenser in the hall for refilling water bottles and having cups of tea after coming in from the cold. Room and lobby were very clean and the bar/food counter in the lobby was great!"

"Prima locatie op enkele minuten lopen van centrum. Aan drukke weg maar die hoor je niet. We hoorden wel iedere ochtend duiven die boven het slaapkamer raam beginnen te koeren. Bedden waren matig. Dun matras en plank eronder. De bedbank was een veel beter alternatief om op te slapen. Alles was verder schoon. Prima douche."

"Det positiva. Hotellet var modernt, väl placerat från det centrala torget, och rummen var obefläckade. Frukosten var av god kvalitet med ett varierat utbud. De negativa. En medlem av städpersonalen gick in i mitt rum tidigt på morgonen utan att knacka på. Jag tror att hon inte insåg att rummet var upptaget. Jag låg i mina underkläder i min säng utsatt. Det orsakade mycket förlägenhet för mig och henne. Jag gjorde ett klagomål. Men det ströks åt sidan, och det fanns ingen ursäkt. Från personalen i receptionen. Jag beställde in mat, och när den levererades av restaurangen utanför, fick den sitta i hotellets reception. När jag så småningom fick ett samtal från skrivbordet via min mobil, var måltiden kall och förstörd. Receptionisten hävdade att hon hade ringt min rumstelefon - det hade hon inte. En annan incident med städpersonalen, de kastade min vattenflaska när de städade rummet. Jag frågade var det var, och de gick igenom de svarta påsarna. Jag blev helt chockad över att de trodde att de kunde lägga mina ägodelar i soporna. Personalen kan vara abrupt. Varje jobbsektor är väldigt förskjuten från den andra, så det känns ganska kallt i atmosfären på hotellet. Om de kunde ta itu med personalens harmoni skulle platsen kännas mer välkomnande."

"I would stay here again, for it's location in the city so close to the rail station that links to the airport in 20 minutes. Also pleasant walking distance into the old town (centre). I read alot in the customer reviews before I stayed that the breakfasts are excellent and now I can see why, very much so. Comfy beds, well sound proofed rooms too and very clean. Overall very good experience here"
