Rummen var rena och sängen var bekväm. Avsaknaden av ett kylskåp och tofflor på rummen är ett minus för mig. Den har en mycket läcker och varierad frukostmeny. Hotellet ligger 2,5 km från området stare miasto (gamla stan). Mycket nära transportmedel. Det finns ett köpcentrum i närheten och det ligger i ett mycket utvecklat område vad gäller sociala områden.

The location is excellent, although keep in mind that the hotel is at a very busy intersection and it might get a little noisy. It's not extreme and didn't bother me at all. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. The rooms are on the smaller size, but enough for a short stay. Recommend!

It was very great experience staying in this hotel. The airport transfer was great as well, as complimentary since our flight arrived Warsawa already a bit late but driver of shuttle van was there and brought us to the hotel and helping loading/unloading ours baggages as well.. Receiptionist staff also really great and professional. Thank you Hampton by Hilton Airport Hotel Warsaw..🙏🙏🙏

Close to Chopin airport only take 6-7mins drive to the terminal. Suite is tiny but cozy, facilities just a necessity so without fridge and water heater. But I think it’s enough for 1 night stay before take off plane

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Hetman from December 27th to 30th. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment that made my visit enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the room setup and the cosy ambience were commendable. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The location of the hotel was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and local restaurants, making it a great base for exploring the area. I opted for the breakfast provided by the hotel, which cost 55 zloty per person. The variety of options and the quality of the food were excellent, making it a worthwhile addition to my stay. The fresh and delicious selection each morning added to the overall experience. Overall, my stay at Hotel Hetman was enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel. I look forward to returning in the future!

Everything was very clean, the room was spacious and the location was really good as well, there is a bus station right out side so you can easily have access to the town center.

The hotel is pretty nice for the rates they advertise rooms at. It's a little dated, but perfectly fine. The centre of Warsaw is easily accessible by a frequent bus service in around 15/20 minutes. Breakfast has a reasonable choice and is decent. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful during my stay. However! There was a massive problem as the hot water was turned off for four days during the stay. So we couldn't wash or shower easily as the water from the taps was ice cold. The compensation offered was free breakfast at the hotel which isn't the best when you just want a warm shower in the morning or at the end of the day. No other solution or compensation was offered. They were still selling rooms online on their own website without mentioning they didn't have hot water even though the hotel knew they didn't have which isn't fair on the customer. It has to lose quite a few marks because of this.

It was airy, clean, and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities I needed during my stay. If you're interested in exploring the Old Town and nearby museums, monuments, and churches, you really can't pick a better spot. Just stepping out of the hotel in the early morning and taking a quiet walk through the cobblestone streets surrounded by historic buildings is a memorable experience. One thing I regret is missing the Chopin music performances held every evening nearby. It’s a beautiful opportunity for classical music lovers, and I’ve promised myself I won’t miss it next time I visit. Overall, Castle Inn provides a simple yet authentic and comfortable stay, especially ideal for those who are passionate about history, architecture, and cultural exploration.

The room is clean but very small. There are no slippers and no water is provided. There is no hair dryer, in fact, there is nothing. There is only a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and electric stove (I did not use any of this), but slippers and a hairdryer were needed more🙌🏼

I booked and read the reviews on google, it’s clear to see that Monica has worked hard to fix up the place, the pros: good location Big kitchen with things to cook with Laundry machine Friendly door guy. Close to metro, The cons Hard to contact Monica, but not impossible The apartment is shared, you will have other people living next to you ( I had two families sharing two rooms.) The door to the front needs to be pushed so hard I felt like I might break it. Shared bathroom. Also the shower handle is opposite to hot and cold Overall it’s cheap and clean, I was happy especially after seeing how clean it was. The key you get for the room also has a key to open the lobby. Just a fyi.
