The room was very spacious, with a dining table and chairs, as well as a full set of kitchen appliances, including an oven. There was also a large TV and a separate shower area. The check-in staff, a lovely young woman wearing glasses, was extremely helpful in every aspect—she even assisted in arranging for a technician to cut off the metal lock attached to my luggage, for which I am very grateful. I would also like to thank the technician, as well as another check-in staff member who kindly allowed a late check-out. The staff here are incredibly kind. Although the breakfast selection was not very extensive, the food was of good quality and delicious. The staff in the breakfast room were attentive and took great care of the guests, promptly refilling any items that ran out. Housekeeping did an excellent job, keeping the room clean and well-organized. Overall, I was very impressed with my stay here. Every member of the staff provided outstanding service and a warm welcome.

Estuvimos muy bien a pesar de no estar casi anda en el apartamento, solo a dormir. Tenemos que comentar que las contestaciones vía e-mail para saber cosas, se hacían de esperar y costaba hacerse un poco entender con la persona de contacto que nunca llegamos a coconer. El precio por las fotos que vimos parecía muy razonable, al llegar al apartamento nos dimos cuenta que no era tal cual a las fotos, algo más ajustado a nivel comodidades, decoración, acabados y detalles. Lo que más nos molestó fue el hongo de humedad que se respira, yo le tengo además algo de alergia y lo pase un poco mal. El aire acondicionado de bomba de calor funciona pero quizá no a tope como marca los 30 grados, o eso parecía, pasamos algo de fresquito, por lo menos se a el ambiente. La electricidad se nos fue un día por la noche además. Esto no es importante pero creo que teníamos muy pocos electrodomesricos y puede ser de interés conocer.Por ese precio pensamos sinceramente que podría entrar el desayuno, ya que no son unos apartamentos con acabados finos ni mucho menos...ni hay detalles de bienvenida, no siquiera infusiones o café suficiente. Espero que os sirva para mimar un poquito más a vuestros huéspedes. A mí en su día me ayudó mucho los comentarios cuando tuve un piso de Airbnb.

The room is very hygienic, the equipment is flat, the semi-gold is advanced and safe, and the entrance and exit can be Uber and bolt, barely the trouble of going up and down the slope. At night, you can indeed hear the sound of cars outside the window, but it does not affect your sleep much. Speaking of which, Botu is still a good place to live in.

Absolutely great host and his son. Nice place ad service,It was the best place of stay of my trip to Portugal due to the host, envronment and service. Breakfast is good and does not cost much,It should be requested separately.I would go there again if I come to Porto.

The reception was not open continuously due to lack of staff so we had to arrange the time to check-in (which cannot often be concrete whilst travelling) but other than that, it was a decent accomodation.

Perfect location, nice service. Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Can recommend to anyone!
