Vi stannade här i 3 nätter för semester, nedan är våra erfarenheter och recensioner. Nackdelar: 1. Gratis vatten (endast 2 under hela vistelsen): • Gratis vatten tillhandahålls endast den första dagen, men detta meddelades inte vid incheckningen. • Varuautomatens vatten är för dyrt (4,5x stormarknadspris). • Tydliga instruktioner vid incheckningen skulle göra det möjligt för gästerna att planera i förväg och köpa vatten någon annanstans. 2. Receptionsservice: • Ingen vägledning om hur man ringer receptionen från rummet, vilket resulterade i att vi gick ner till receptionen för att få hjälp. • Oprofessionellt receptionistbeteende: • En receptionist prioriterade personliga samtal med andra gäster framför att hjälpa mig, även efter att ha märkt att jag behövde hjälp. • Min fråga tog mindre än en minut men blev försenad i onödan, vilket gjorde mig frustrerad och besviken. 3. Städningsproblem: • Trots att det sattes en ”Stör ej”-skylt på dörren, knackade hushållningen upprepade gånger och svarade inte på frågan om vem som var där. • Dörren saknade ett titthål, vilket väckte säkerhetsproblem eftersom vi inte kunde verifiera vem som var utanför. 4. Avlämning av taxi: • Hotellets entré ligger på en ramp nära ett trafikljus, vilket gör det svårt för taxi att stanna precis framför dörren. • Gäster med tungt bagage kan tycka att det är obekvämt eftersom taxibilar ofta parkerar längre bort. Några fördelar: • Utmärkt läge nära en park med en charmig julmarknad. • Säkert område med massor av närliggande restauranger och stormarknader, vilket gör det mycket bekvämt. • Anständigt stora rum med gott om utrymme och ett stort skrivbord för att arbeta. • Bra frukostalternativ.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

I spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts: PROS: - Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport. - Nice decors and overall pretty clean. CONS: - The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room. - Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer.

Beautiful place, and beautiful views, clean and tidy. I was in a shared dorm and was three bunk beds high :/, room was cool with Aircon. Nice shared Kitchen, but oven was broken and even though my food was labelled someone took it:/. But overall a beautiful place, I don't know why everyone is complaining about it being up a hill though, as in Portugal it can't be avoided.

Läget är inte dåligt, inte så nära centrum men inte så långt ifrån. Om jag gillar att promenera runt för att lära känna staden är det ett bra alternativ... lakanen och kuddarna är rena, men det andra stället är inte så rent, kanske för att det är en gammal byggnad... men det finns bara två badrum på en våning... och det är lite obekvämt för sängen, eftersom det inte finns någon plats att hänga handdukar eller rockar på rummet... du kan också förvara bagage gratis 👍🏻…

We have a great stay at the 7 hotel. We definitely return and recommend the place to everyone we know who will visit Lisbon. Everything was perfect for our 3 nights stay. My mom was sick, so we spend most of the time in the room and there was no problem. The room, even though not super big, however, has everything we needed. More than enough supplies of toilets and kitchen amenities. The bathroom is also functioning. I wish there could be a hanger for face cleaning and shampoo, I saw there maybe use to be one but it’s broken, hopefully the hotel repair them soon. The location couldn’t be better, it’s near to Santa Justa elevator and Baixa metro was just step away. Shopping street and bus stop was right in front. We were right in the city center, yet the noise wasn’t so much. We sleep perfectly. On the arrival day, we arrived at 14.00PM after the long 24 hours and 3 connecting flights. The staff are very kind to let us in early for an hour which was really appreciated. On the check out date, we also able to check out 15 mins late which was great too. We book with breakfast included, I love the pancakes and my mom just love the hot scramble eggs, sourdough and watermelon. Even though, the choices wasn’t a lot like a lot, but everything was tasty. Overall, recommended

had an amazing experience staying at Lisbon City Apartments & Suites! The location is perfect – close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on places to visit and eat. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lisbon! Rating: ★★★★★ Title: Wonderful Apartment, Excellent Location Lisbon City Apartments & Suites exceeded my expectations. The room (1 bed room apartment) was spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing simple meals, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I loved how central the location was – I could easily walk to downtown Lisbon, and there was a metro station nearby. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any queries. This is a great place to stay for both short and long visits. Will definitely be back! Need to take note that the check in is done at Lisbon city hotel which is about 30 metres away.

Det är nära flygplatsen, en 10 minuters taxiresa. Att ta sig till flygplatsen klockan 04:00 kostade drygt 4 euro med bolt – billigt! Hotellet ligger precis bredvid tunnelbanestationen, 20 minuters promenad till populära områden. Det är ett rent budgethotell med rymliga rum och acceptabel renlighet. Men förutom handdukar och badlakan finns det inget annat att tillgå. Jag skulle fortfarande rekommendera det; det är mycket prisvärt!

This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
