"Our stay at the Continental Hotel in Bucharest was mostly pleasant and comfortable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, offering a great ambiance and excellent amenities. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the restaurant staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs.
However, our experience at check-in left something to be desired. The female front desk staff member we interacted with was not particularly helpful. When we asked if the tap water was safe to drink, her response was dismissive, stating she didn’t know and suggesting we purchase water from the hotel instead. Similarly, when we inquired about the possibility of an early breakfast due to our early departure for a day trip to Peles Castle, she was uncooperative and rigid, insisting breakfast was strictly served at 6:30 AM.
Thankfully, the restaurant staff went above and beyond. When we arrived at 6:15 AM, they graciously opened the doors early and welcomed us, allowing us to grab some food before we left. Their professionalism and kindness turned around what could have been a frustrating situation."

"I stayed at Moxy Bucharest Old Town from 22–25 August 2025 and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the Old Town, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a short city break. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions. Overall, a modern and well-run hotel that I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bucharest."

Зато есть мини-кухня с набором посуды и микроволновкой. Очень большой санузел, только без ванны. Несколько окон под потолком, может, и к лучшему, что довольно маленькие, потому что вечером шумно с улицы, особенно в выходные. Из минусов: на 4-й этаже невесело взбираться даже без сумок по этой винтовой лестнице (правда, скрашивали путь прикольные воззвания). Ресепшн - в соседнем отеле, сотрудник очень приятный и позитивный. В целом понравилось, уверенно рекомендую."

GGästanvändareDetta är en utmärkt egendom - jag återvände till Rosetti flera gånger under min resa till Rumänien, och varje gång var det en underbar upplevelse.
En stor mängd uppmärksamhet på detaljer har gått in i hotellets design, det är modernt men inbjudande.Rummen är väl utsedda, med ett stort utbud av faciliteter.Offentliga utrymmen är vänliga och välkomnande. Som kan förväntas är den ospottlöst ren och väl underhållen.
Men Rosettis största tillgång är hans personal, som alla gick över och över förväntningarna för att göra min vistelse bekväm och minnesvärd.Det är vad som verkligen skiljer den från de flesta andra anläggningar jag har stannat vid under denna resa.
Hotellet är inte i centrum, men det är en trevlig 15-minuters promenad.Och Uber fungerar bra i Bukarest, och är mycket prisvärt.
Jag rekommenderar detta vackra hotell!

NNM85It was a bit difficult to find the building and the entrance. You'll get an email from the hotel in advance about how to contact them (via WhatsApp) so please check it before you reach the building. It's an old building (especially the lift - it's antique!) but the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The location is convenient and it's walkable distance to the Old Town Area. We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation.

C'è la disponibilità del parcheggio auto (circa 3 posti) ma non è garantito, pertanto se la struttura è piena potreste non trovare il parcheggio se non a pagamento sulle strisce blu davanti all'albergo o nelle immediate vicinanze.
Se devo fare un appunto, riguarda il materasso a molle e le lenzuola piumino (non li sopporto mi creano troppi sbalzi di temperatura durante il sonno).
Il personale è gentile, disponibile e attento.

GGästanvändareWe had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the room was a good size — very pleasant and well kept. We were quite happy with the overall experience.
Breakfast could be improved, as there weren’t many healthy options available. Most of the choices were heavier, American-style dishes, so a bit more variety would make a nice difference.
It would also be great if the room cleaning were a bit more thorough each day, rather than just making the bed and changing towels. When guests pay for a hotel stay, consistent quality and attention to detail are always appreciated.

GGästanvändareBeautiful hotel, simple but elegant. Extremely clean always. Very good attention from staff at all times. Nothing was any trouble to them. Very friendly, especially Daniel. Breakfast was a limited choice but adequate and I am sure if we had made a request for something different they would have tried their best to accommodate.The bar was open 24 hours for any drinks you needed. I would go back there and highly recommend.

Pros: the location is great and it offers late check-in.
Cons: we were given a small ground floor room and it was very noisy. The sink did not drain properly.
Parking the the area is rather challenging , and we’ve struggle for 20 mins to find a parking on the street ( paid )

It is located about 10 to 15 mins walk from a metro station, but the nearby tram station is about 3 to 4 min walk from the hotel. With the tram you can get the historic old town in 15 mins. My apartment was on level 7 had excellent views of the large sections of the city. A full size fridge was provided. Bed was comfortable. The air-conditioned system worked very well. However, the TV was very small and all channels were local only. However, with an excellent internet connection (free) all my evening entertainment was via my laptop. There is an excellent and large supermarket just 1 min walk for the apartment - so very convenient for all essential items. On arriving at the apartment there was a locked door, but (with cameras) someone came out to assist. The young man directed to my apartment and gave keys and instructions. He first mentioned there was some problems with the gas, but I would not be using the stove, so not a concern. For the views, the size of the apartment, access to public transit and super close to supermarkets, I highly recommend this option for the price in Bucharest. N

Its a key in a code lock box at the door.
We had the studio room B13 and it was perfect for us.
Cleaner was out and kept the room fresh and she was very friendly.
The wifi was good quality and any queries answered through whatsapp as no one on desk! But the area was safe and people nice. It has a few local shops surrounding.
I recommend using uber to get about as it was very hot (in june) and also very cheap to use.
I recommend bucharest lovely city with plenty to do!
