"The stay was an absolute delight in many ways the cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable, making it a very pleasant and refreshing place to relax. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall fantastic atmosphere, and the facilities were great—everything was lovely and well-maintained. However, there's a significant caveat the WiFi! It was exceptionally poor, majority of the time it was cutting out completely, and slow when it did connect."

"Jag är mycket imponerad av boendet. Rummet är vackert. Sängen är väldigt mjuk. Det vore dock bättre om täcket är gjort i ett stycke. Jag såg två 3,5-tums täcken. Jag trodde att en 9,5 cm bred säng skulle vara 18, men det vore bättre att använda en 18 cm bred filt eller en enkel filt. Men en sak att kritisera är att toalettstolen är gul och badrummet luktar avlopp. Men överlag var jag ganska imponerad."

"The hotel is in the city center. There are markets and stores nearby, if you want to party, don't come here. The facilities are poor. There is no iron, the bedspread is not fastened, I stuck my foot in the edge of it. The layout of the rooms is a joke. The corridor is 5 meters wide, but you can't open the shower door from the toilet bowl. Instead, you can sit on the toilet at any time while taking a shower... The internet, when it was working, asked me to authenticate myself every time. The soundproofing is zero. You will hear everything that is happening around you. This is when demand determines the prices."

"We had a great stay at this hotel in Krabi Town. The location is excellent—very close to the town center and within walking distance of the night market. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven as well as other local shops are easily accessible. Everything we needed was just around the corner, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Krabi Town."

"Eftersom jag är ensamresenär och planerar att gå ut för det mesta, bokade jag bunkersäng att dela med andra treor. Du kan inte checka in före 15.00 oavsett vad. Du kan förvara dina tillhörigheter i receptionen, men det är inte beviljat att de är säkra. Tack och lov är det ingen som tar något av mig. När du har checkat ut bryr de sig inte ett dugg om dig. Jag gav mitt telefonnr till receptionisten att ringa mig när taxichauffören kom och hämtade mig. Men de ringer dig inte. Du måste vänta i lobbyn och vänta på taxichaufför. Så snälla gå inte ut som jag när du väntar på att taxichauffören ska hämta."

"We loved our week-long stay here, easy walk to both beaches, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and large and the enormous balcony with views over the mountains and the sea was the stand out feature for us - we spent a lot of time on the balcony! The pool was refreshing although unusual wedged between the 2 hotels with nowhere to sit or sunbathe!
There were issues with electrical supply which affected the WiFi and water supply but the hotel staff were quick to inform us and apologise - there had been severe monsoon rains in the days before the issues started. We were eventually moved to the next door hotel to an equivalent room at no extra charge, while repairs were done - I hope its all fixed now for this lovely team of people."

Tienen un pick-up que te lleva y te trae de la playa de manera gratuita, aunque puedes ir dando un paseo por el mercado y las tiendas (30 minutos despacio). Las cabañas son espaciosas, acogedoras y muy bien aclimatadas. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

GGästanvändareI had an exceptional stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort Villa. In my experience, this is the most balanced and comfortable location on the island. Other areas tend to be overcrowded and noisy, especially considering that Phi Phi receives massive daily traffic from Krabi, Phuket, and other nearby destinations. Most visitors are day-trippers or short-term guests, while only a small number stay for a week or longer. For a 5–6 day holiday, this area is ideal.
I found a very good deal for this hotel and paid 60 USD per night, which is an excellent price for the overall level, location, and quality of breakfast. The rooms are spacious, though some construction materials are visibly exposed—cracks, chips, unpainted surfaces, and panels that could be better finished. I booked a twin room with two single beds, but such a room was not available upon arrival. The hotel provided an extra bed free of charge, resulting in a king bed plus a single bed. Space was sufficient, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, working daily and attentively. The air conditioning performs well. The shower is basic, just an open floor without separation, but for this price and for an island with limited logistics, this is acceptable.
Electricity works reliably. Wi-Fi exists but only functions near the reception area. Rooms are located higher up the hill, and in my unit the signal did not reach at all. This was the biggest disappointment, as I had to rely on mobile data.
Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a free transfer from the main pier during check-in and check-out hours. We preferred not to rely on the schedule and used long-tail taxis instead: 120 THB per person during the day and 150 THB in the evening. Around the hotel there are many good cafés; walking to the right side of the beach you can find a small, cozy place where we ate regularly without any issues. I would not recommend eating in the main tourist center, where food hygiene complaints are common.
The concierge team helps with luggage upon arrival and departure; when arriving by long-tail boat they meet you at the beach and deliver bags directly to your room. The standard tip is 100 THB, which I found reasonable considering the heat and the distance across the sand.
The hotel has a swimming pool, though I chose not to use it, as I wasn’t sure about water replacement frequency. Breakfast offers a wide selection, consistently good coffee, and fresh fruits—usually dragon fruit and watermelon, or pineapple and watermelon. The continental options are solid, with a few Thai dishes available. Breakfast was excellent and kept us full until late afternoon.
The beach is outstanding, with beautiful water and a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend buying water shoes, as sea urchins are present; I saw them while snorkeling. The water quality, sand, and overall environment are exceptional and fully worth the stay. We visited the central area once and immediately understood that it was not for us: loud, crowded, chaotic, and unpleasant. I would not recommend staying anywhere near the central streets.
Long Beach offers everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel and advise future guests to explore reviews of this specific area, as they will be helpful.

EExpat EDventuresA porter met us at the port and kindly carried our bags to the hotel, which was a nice and welcoming start to our stay. The rooms were as described; however, the hotel itself feels quite dated and is in need of general maintenance and updating. There was a noticeable mold smell in the room initially, though this disappeared once the air conditioning was turned on.
Breakfast was enjoyable, with good coffee and made-to-order eggs. The private beach was a highlight—quiet, calm, and never crowded. The pool water itself was clean, but unfortunately the surrounding area was littered with cigarette butts. While we were relaxing at the pool, another family began smoking. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken, which was disappointing, especially as there were visible no-smoking signs.
The view from the fourth floor is truly spectacular. We did have one uncomfortable moment when housekeeping entered our room from the deck around 9 a.m. while we were packing. We greeted her immediately; she apologised and left. There was a Koi pond in the main lobby was sad as the fish in the side pond had insufficient water to swim upright.
This hotel could be amazing. Its peaceful location on an otherwise busy island, along with the dramatic cliffside setting and pool deck, gives it enormous potential. Unfortunately, it feels like the property has passed its peak, leaving a sense of missed opportunity rather than what it could still become.

With the assistance of the hotel staff, arranging Grab car services was a breeze, ensuring seamless transportation to and from various destinations. This accessibility further enhanced the overall convenience of my stay, providing flexibility and peace of mind.
In conclusion, my two-day, one-night retreat at Well Timed Hotel was a serene and convenient experience that exceeded my expectations. From its prime location near the night market to the helpfulness of its staff and ease of transportation arrangements, it's a hidden gem in Krabi Town that offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for discerning travelers.

TTavivI chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake.

with the same management just with different name
To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk).
Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area,
Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry.
On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself.
The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time.
The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower.
The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy
Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel?
Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else.
And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped.
So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer.

SSie velicolepieVi tog en lyxvilla, vi hade hus 318 - utsikten från terrassen är underbar, det finns en solsäng på terrassen och stolar med ett bord, mycket bekvämt. Städningen är naturligtvis ytlig, men vi har redan insett att detta är normal praxis i Thailand. En god frukost och frukt och grönsaker som vi var tvungna att äta, men det fanns inga kaffebönor, bara snabbkaffe, men vi drack te med lime och det var också ok. Det finns en pool, det finns också en gemensam strand med solstolar, och det finns små trånga vikar i närheten.
Det enda är att för den extra filten bad de om en extra betalning på 200 Baht, vilket verkligen gjorde mig arg!
Och det finns handdukar till stranden, transfer från färjan med båt till hotellet och en resväska som bärs upp på berget, det är skönt och bekvämt när du kopplar av. Inget gym.
För transfer till hotellet måste du kontakta hotelldirektören och vid utgången vid Phi Phi-piren från hotellet kommer det att finnas en person som tar dig med båt till hotellet - så att du inte släpar dina saker , det är inte långt från piren till hotellet, men när vi träffade killarna och berättade om överföringen var de väldigt glada över att de inte skulle behöva släpa sina resväskor till piren)))
I allmänhet är priserna på själva Phi Phi Island normala, det finns butiker, kaféer och en marknad. Hotellet har utflykter - vi tog inte med dem, men båtarna är upplysta och båtarna är bra och det är på modet att pruta lite mer - bra priser, det finns utflykter för 500 Baht. It used to be a temple so it has a fantastic Thai architecture.
The room and bathroom were really big and spacious. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping is daily and dedicated. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of furniture in the rooms. The swimming pool is big and in good condition.
The hotel is right in front of the beach but not in the central Ao Nang area.
The wifi was very weak during the whole stay.

It has a wonderful green garden and spacious, comfortable rooms. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. Any request is handled within seconds — they opened the safe for us in the middle of the night, printed our tickets and visas, and provided water at our request because we forgot to buy some — all free of charge. Every day we returned to a perfectly clean room with fresh towels, water, and complimentary coffee waiting for us. The air conditioning worked very well, and we connected our own drive to the smart TV to watch movies in our language. It is very quiet at night. Most guests are families, and everyone respects each other’s peace. Breakfasts are very generous and served as a buffet.
The hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from the beach. We recommend renting a motorbike or using taxis (they do not arrive immediately, so some waiting is required). This was not an issue for us, as we went on excursions every day and were picked up directly from the hotel. There is a shop about a 7-minute walk away, a 7-Eleven within 15 minutes, and excursions can be booked right near the hotel at very good prices — much better than on the beach.
Many thanks to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay. We have already visited your hotel twice and will definitely return again next year.
