We loved our week-long stay here, easy walk to both beaches, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and large and the enormous balcony with views over the mountains and the sea was the stand out feature for us - we spent a lot of time on the balcony! The pool was refreshing although unusual wedged between the 2 hotels with nowhere to sit or sunbathe! There were issues with electrical supply which affected the WiFi and water supply but the hotel staff were quick to inform us and apologise - there had been severe monsoon rains in the days before the issues started. We were eventually moved to the next door hotel to an equivalent room at no extra charge, while repairs were done - I hope its all fixed now for this lovely team of people.

Tienen un pick-up que te lleva y te trae de la playa de manera gratuita, aunque puedes ir dando un paseo por el mercado y las tiendas (30 minutos despacio). Las cabañas son espaciosas, acogedoras y muy bien aclimatadas. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

I had an exceptional stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort Villa. In my experience, this is the most balanced and comfortable location on the island. Other areas tend to be overcrowded and noisy, especially considering that Phi Phi receives massive daily traffic from Krabi, Phuket, and other nearby destinations. Most visitors are day-trippers or short-term guests, while only a small number stay for a week or longer. For a 5–6 day holiday, this area is ideal. I found a very good deal for this hotel and paid 60 USD per night, which is an excellent price for the overall level, location, and quality of breakfast. The rooms are spacious, though some construction materials are visibly exposed—cracks, chips, unpainted surfaces, and panels that could be better finished. I booked a twin room with two single beds, but such a room was not available upon arrival. The hotel provided an extra bed free of charge, resulting in a king bed plus a single bed. Space was sufficient, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, working daily and attentively. The air conditioning performs well. The shower is basic, just an open floor without separation, but for this price and for an island with limited logistics, this is acceptable. Electricity works reliably. Wi-Fi exists but only functions near the reception area. Rooms are located higher up the hill, and in my unit the signal did not reach at all. This was the biggest disappointment, as I had to rely on mobile data. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a free transfer from the main pier during check-in and check-out hours. We preferred not to rely on the schedule and used long-tail taxis instead: 120 THB per person during the day and 150 THB in the evening. Around the hotel there are many good cafés; walking to the right side of the beach you can find a small, cozy place where we ate regularly without any issues. I would not recommend eating in the main tourist center, where food hygiene complaints are common. The concierge team helps with luggage upon arrival and departure; when arriving by long-tail boat they meet you at the beach and deliver bags directly to your room. The standard tip is 100 THB, which I found reasonable considering the heat and the distance across the sand. The hotel has a swimming pool, though I chose not to use it, as I wasn’t sure about water replacement frequency. Breakfast offers a wide selection, consistently good coffee, and fresh fruits—usually dragon fruit and watermelon, or pineapple and watermelon. The continental options are solid, with a few Thai dishes available. Breakfast was excellent and kept us full until late afternoon. The beach is outstanding, with beautiful water and a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend buying water shoes, as sea urchins are present; I saw them while snorkeling. The water quality, sand, and overall environment are exceptional and fully worth the stay. We visited the central area once and immediately understood that it was not for us: loud, crowded, chaotic, and unpleasant. I would not recommend staying anywhere near the central streets. Long Beach offers everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel and advise future guests to explore reviews of this specific area, as they will be helpful.

My recent stay at Well Timed Hotel in Krabi Town was nothing short of a tranquil escape, perfectly complemented by its convenient location and attentive staff. Over the course of two days and one night, I discovered a serene retreat nestled within the vibrant heart of Krabi Town. Convenience reigns supreme at Well Timed Hotel, with its strategic location offering easy access to the town's bustling night market and relaxing surroundings. The proximity to the night market allowed me to immerse myself in the local culture, indulging in delectable street food and browsing through stalls adorned with unique treasures. Additionally, the tranquil ambiance of the town provided the perfect backdrop for moments of relaxation and introspection. The staff at Well Timed Hotel proved to be invaluable guides during my stay. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist were evident from the moment I arrived. Upon check-in, they graciously shared a detailed town map, highlighting must-visit attractions and hidden gems. Their helpful recommendations enriched my experience, allowing me to explore Krabi Town with confidence and ease. One of the standout features of Well Timed Hotel is its accessibility. Despite not renting a motorcycle or driving a car, I found it incredibly convenient to navigate the town during the day. With the assistance of the hotel staff, arranging Grab car services was a breeze, ensuring seamless transportation to and from various destinations. This accessibility further enhanced the overall convenience of my stay, providing flexibility and peace of mind. In conclusion, my two-day, one-night retreat at Well Timed Hotel was a serene and convenient experience that exceeded my expectations. From its prime location near the night market to the helpfulness of its staff and ease of transportation arrangements, it's a hidden gem in Krabi Town that offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for discerning travelers.

A porter met us at the port and kindly carried our bags to the hotel, which was a nice and welcoming start to our stay. The rooms were as described; however, the hotel itself feels quite dated and is in need of general maintenance and updating. There was a noticeable mold smell in the room initially, though this disappeared once the air conditioning was turned on. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good coffee and made-to-order eggs. The private beach was a highlight—quiet, calm, and never crowded. The pool water itself was clean, but unfortunately the surrounding area was littered with cigarette butts. While we were relaxing at the pool, another family began smoking. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken, which was disappointing, especially as there were visible no-smoking signs. The view from the fourth floor is truly spectacular. We did have one uncomfortable moment when housekeeping entered our room from the deck around 9 a.m. while we were packing. We greeted her immediately; she apologised and left. There was a Koi pond in the main lobby was sad as the fish in the side pond had insufficient water to swim upright.  This hotel could be amazing. Its peaceful location on an otherwise busy island, along with the dramatic cliffside setting and pool deck, gives it enormous potential. Unfortunately, it feels like the property has passed its peak, leaving a sense of missed opportunity rather than what it could still become.

I chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. It seems that this hotel and next to it the Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort Is the same hotel with the same management just with different name To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk). Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area, Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry. On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself. The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower. The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel? Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else. And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped. So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer.

Vi tog en lyxvilla, vi hade hus 318 - utsikten från terrassen är underbar, det finns en solsäng på terrassen och stolar med ett bord, mycket bekvämt. En god frukost och frukt och grönsaker som vi var tvungna att äta, men det fanns inga kaffebönor, bara snabbkaffe, men vi drack te med lime och det var också ok. I recently stayed at The Hotel and it was a delightful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The dining options were excellent, with delicious meals and attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a wonderful green garden and spacious, comfortable rooms. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. Any request is handled within seconds — they opened the safe for us in the middle of the night, printed our tickets and visas, and provided water at our request because we forgot to buy some — all free of charge. Every day we returned to a perfectly clean room with fresh towels, water, and complimentary coffee waiting for us. The air conditioning worked very well, and we connected our own drive to the smart TV to watch movies in our language. It is very quiet at night. Most guests are families, and everyone respects each other’s peace. Breakfasts are very generous and served as a buffet. The hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from the beach. We recommend renting a motorbike or using taxis (they do not arrive immediately, so some waiting is required). This was not an issue for us, as we went on excursions every day and were picked up directly from the hotel. There is a shop about a 7-minute walk away, a 7-Eleven within 15 minutes, and excursions can be booked right near the hotel at very good prices — much better than on the beach. Many thanks to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay. We have already visited your hotel twice and will definitely return again next year.
