Stayed here for 3 days.. not bad. The reception is 247, has a lift. I was on the 7th floor and it also had a balcony. The view was overlooking a empty lot, but for the price it was ok. Out in the middle of nowhere, about 25 mins to Walking Street and an hour to Central Pattaya. The room was big and clean, 2 single beds. Invited my friend over, she just walked into the hotel, no questions asked. Room has shampoo and shower gel, I paper, towels, and drinking water in the form of 2 glass bottles which are replenished when they do room cleaning. If staying few days it's ok.. if long time like a week and want more night life vibes, then look elsewhere. This place is situated in a very quiet area.. this place has a lot of Indian, Arabs, Middle Eastern people so not very clean - crowded, rubbish everywhere, touts on the street trying to sell you a suit, etc. I won't stay here again, too far, and in a dirty area.. But hotel itself was clean.

Very convenient location.huge lobby. Nice pool.. Easy assess to eeverywhere include beach. The pool view room has king size bed, while city vew room has a huge bed consist of 2 queen size. Didn't try the breakfast. Hotel bar seems empty all the time when we were stay. Overall a very present stay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, it can use some upgrading but staff,service, and location is excellent. The onsite restuarant is a plus also with its diverse menu and convenient hours.I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is very clean, quiet. No other facilities we can use, eg. no fitness room and no swimming pool is available. Finally, the bath area is too small.

Good location next to the North Pattaya Bus Station, Lotus, Terminal 21. To reach the beach will takes around 15-20 min by step. Wifi is OK, I was listening online books, no issue except the last day of my stay - wifi was disconnected from my room with no reason. Staff is very friendly, polite, smiling, ready to assist 2 small bottles of water every day, also towels was changed daily. But bedshit with spots. Could be great to have a beach for sun no white colour. Unfortunately I count sleep even one night good because of the noise of AC so bad and old, leaking on the middle of the night. Around 8-9 am can hear how kids are screening next to the swimming pool and birds at 6 am disturbed me badly. The furniture should be paited again. The sink in the bathroom should be clean, was dirty. I can't say it's 4 star hotel. 2-3 only. Swimming pools is good but not enough sunbeds.

This place is not friendly. They charge 100 baht if you leave your key in the room and 500 if you loose it. It's a plastic key. The lobby is several steps up which is fine if you don't have multiple bags. No elevator and they do not help with bags. I will not stay here again.

I actually like this hotel. The reception area is very nice, and there is a large bar in the alley adjacent to reception. My room was nice. It had Thai style furnishings, and looked nice. The balcony was large and had a table and two chairs. I didn't go to the pool, but I could see it from my balcony, and it looked very nice. I never went to the exercise room, because the pictures online just showed a bike and elliptical type machine, but I don't think they have any weights there ~ other than a few kettle bells. I had a small refrigerator, a water kettle, and safe, so it was fine for a short stay. It is centrally located and is in a very walkable area. The only bad thing was the air conditioning unit blew directly on the bed, I tried to adjust the sway and fan speed to make it less noticeable, but nothing I did worked. So, I have had a sore throat for the past few days. Overall, it is a nice place for short stays. The pool seemed very nice, but if you don't need a pool, then staying at a guesthouse might be a good alternative. I didn't eat the food there. I had my Do Not Disturb sign up most of the time, and they do not bother you or provide any towels / water in that case, but they cleaned my room once and did a good job. Overall, it is a solid hotel.

The room is big enough for couple and with complete amenities inside the room. Thr pool is amazing though we didn't had the chance to use it. The hassle only was the check in, because the details wasn't complete about which tower or room no and floor. And can't understand English. But the location was great. Lots of street foods and bars and just in front of the beach. Easy access in everyday needs specially when you rent motorcycle it's more convenient for 300Batts a day. Wonderful experienced on my pre birthday celebration. Thank you.
