I had an exceptional stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort Villa. In my experience, this is the most balanced and comfortable location on the island. Other areas tend to be overcrowded and noisy, especially considering that Phi Phi receives massive daily traffic from Krabi, Phuket, and other nearby destinations. Most visitors are day-trippers or short-term guests, while only a small number stay for a week or longer. For a 5–6 day holiday, this area is ideal. I found a very good deal for this hotel and paid 60 USD per night, which is an excellent price for the overall level, location, and quality of breakfast. The rooms are spacious, though some construction materials are visibly exposed—cracks, chips, unpainted surfaces, and panels that could be better finished. I booked a twin room with two single beds, but such a room was not available upon arrival. The hotel provided an extra bed free of charge, resulting in a king bed plus a single bed. Space was sufficient, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, working daily and attentively. The air conditioning performs well. The shower is basic, just an open floor without separation, but for this price and for an island with limited logistics, this is acceptable. Electricity works reliably. Wi-Fi exists but only functions near the reception area. Rooms are located higher up the hill, and in my unit the signal did not reach at all. This was the biggest disappointment, as I had to rely on mobile data. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a free transfer from the main pier during check-in and check-out hours. We preferred not to rely on the schedule and used long-tail taxis instead: 120 THB per person during the day and 150 THB in the evening. Around the hotel there are many good cafés; walking to the right side of the beach you can find a small, cozy place where we ate regularly without any issues. I would not recommend eating in the main tourist center, where food hygiene complaints are common. The concierge team helps with luggage upon arrival and departure; when arriving by long-tail boat they meet you at the beach and deliver bags directly to your room. The standard tip is 100 THB, which I found reasonable considering the heat and the distance across the sand. The hotel has a swimming pool, though I chose not to use it, as I wasn’t sure about water replacement frequency. Breakfast offers a wide selection, consistently good coffee, and fresh fruits—usually dragon fruit and watermelon, or pineapple and watermelon. The continental options are solid, with a few Thai dishes available. Breakfast was excellent and kept us full until late afternoon. The beach is outstanding, with beautiful water and a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend buying water shoes, as sea urchins are present; I saw them while snorkeling. The water quality, sand, and overall environment are exceptional and fully worth the stay. We visited the central area once and immediately understood that it was not for us: loud, crowded, chaotic, and unpleasant. I would not recommend staying anywhere near the central streets. Long Beach offers everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel and advise future guests to explore reviews of this specific area, as they will be helpful.

Stannade på detta hotell i 2 nätter. Vi bodde i ett separat hus. Hotellpersonalen mötte oss vid piren, även om vi inte hade angett någonstans när färjan anlände. Och den viktigaste fördelen är den omedelbara närheten (2 minuter) till festen på stranden. Jag kommer definitivt att återvända till detta hotell när jag kommer till Phi Phi igen.

Från båten bärs dina tillhörigheter till receptionen av hotellpersonalen. Samma väg tillbaka - de kommer att ladda dina saker. Maten är mycket god både på menyn och till frukost (buffé). Rummet har luftkonditionering, fläkt, hårtork, minikylskåp. Det står kaffe, te, socker och grädde på bordet. De tillhandahåller 2 handdukar: stora och små per person. Det hänger en baldakin över sängen. Utsikt över trädgården genom väggen från glas till golv. Fönstren är tonade och du kan inte se från gatan vad du gör förrän du förmodligen tänder ljuset)). I badrummet finns set med tandborste och tandkräm, bomullstuss och duschmössa. Det finns schampo, duschtvål och flytande tvål. Allt luktar väldigt gott. Jag gillade verkligen naturens ljud, den underbara trädgården, skalen på stranden, utsikten under vattnet (du måste simma längre). Vad jag inte gillade: väldigt, väldigt dyrt boende, dyra taxibilar, höga priser på menyn. I djungeln, när vi gick från observationsdäck #3, gick vi vilse och hittade inte vägen till hotellet (( Utcheckning 11-30, frukost 7-30 till 10-00. Stranden städas bara framför husen, bakom restaurangen finns en riktig soptipp (foto) och det är hemskt. Vilken tidvatten som helst och allt är tillbaka till havet!!! Globalt sett hittades inga insekter eller reptiler i rummet. Det fanns ett par små myror i badrummet och jag såg också en gecko, men det verkar som om han inte ville vara vår granne den natten :(

I chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. It seems that this hotel and next to it the Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort Is the same hotel with the same management just with different name To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk). Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area, Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry. On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself. The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower. The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel? Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else. And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped. So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer.

En god frukost och frukt och grönsaker som vi var tvungna att äta, men det fanns inga kaffebönor, bara snabbkaffe, men vi drack te med lime och det var också ok. I recently stayed at The Hotel and it was a delightful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The dining options were excellent, with delicious meals and attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

Rummet var bekvämt och rymmer en familj på tre, inklusive ett 3-årigt barn. Det var stort, erbjuder en pittoresk utsikt på ena sidan och ett tillräckligt badrum. Det övergripande utseendet på platsen verkade dock något försummat, och de 85 stegen (räknade jag) som leder upp till registreringsdisken kan avskräcka många potentiella gäster. Trots detta erbjöd de en gratis service för bagagetransport från hamnen till rummet, tillsammans med en förutbestämd service från hotellet till hamnen. Vår vistelse var smidig och vi orsakade inte några besvär för hotellet och valde att inte begära rumsstädning. Hotellet misslyckades dock med att tillhandahålla tandborstar eller tofflor. Frukosten som de tillhandahöll var ganska liten.

Very good position away from town 5mins walk. Picked up at the ferry checked in early no problem. Walk out of hotel pool in front then the beach and free to use sun beds. Booked a 3hr tour at the guy next door very good left early it gets busy. Bar on the beach very friendly. For the price good location clean and friendly but it is old photos on the site were probably taken a while ago. 👍

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best
