A very stylish boutique hotel, A room with a open kitchen, living room and balcony. It would be great stay when live for a long while. Comfortable stay, convenient location with bars, restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. Only small things needa be improve. Drainage in the shower, hot water for shower and dishes should be cleaned. I’ll come back to this hotel again and again.

I stayed in the 4 bed mixed dorm for 2 nights on the upper deck near the door. And the overall stay is pleasant. First of all. the iron rack itself is mounted in the wall. so there will be no shaky double decker and no noise when you climbing up and down. The space is kinda wide as well so you wont find yourself squeezing in a tiny bed. Aircon is well functioning but temperature is not controllable. A towel will be provided for the stay, together with a puffy pillow and blanket. It comes with a spacious locker that can accomocadate a big luggage. Entrance to the main door and your room door using card. like a hotel you will need to slide in the same card to the socket on the wall for electricity. There is a tiny washroom in the room. shower space and toilet bowl seperated by a nylon curtain. Need to mention their toilet bowl is pretty silent when flushing which make the stay even peaceful. While on the facilities, the common area pretty mucn looks the same in the photos. Beautiful and comfortable. However, the premise is built by a river, so there is quite some whiteflies(?) kind of insect flying around. Simple breakfast including bread and jam, cookies, coffee, black tea, fruit of the day, soup of the day etc. will be provided every day. I enjoyed their pumkin soup and black tea very much. Just sitting by the pool enjoying the breakfast is very satisfiying. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Communication in english is fluent. Do take note to inform the staff upon checkin if you preferred a down deck bed. no bed change allowed once you get you key. The stay is not directly located in the center of the town. walking to the center takes around 10~ minutes. a small mall located right opposite the building. a few restaurant in the mall that smells pretty good. Tops daily is also available in the mall, and 711 is at 5 minutes walking distance. Overall enjoyed the stay very much. Jag bodde på Kata Sea Breeze Resort på Kata Beach i två nätter och var i allmänhet mycket nöjd. Hotellet ligger cirka 8 minuters promenad från stranden. Lobbyn är vacker, det finns många pooler och rummen är stora, men anläggningarna är lite gamla. Vattentrycket i badrummet är starkt, men vattenkvaliteten är medelmåttig och luktar desinfektionsmedel, förmodligen för att det är nära stranden måste du stå i badkaret för att duscha (med halkfri matta). Receptionen och servicepersonalen är fantastiska och serverar med ett leende under hela processen 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Det är väldigt bekvämt att använda RMB som en insättning nu! Det finns många ryssar som bor på detta hotell. Frukosten är i västerländsk stil, smaken och kvantiteten är OK, men om du går sent kommer det att finnas mycket folk ~. Det är cirka 10 minuters promenad från Kata Night Market. Det finns restauranger, massagetjänster och 7-Eleven-butiker runt hotellet, vilket är mycket bekvämt! ! !

Personalen i receptionen är mycket vänlig och behandlar dig varmt under in- och utcheckningsprocessen. Rummet är mycket rent, rymligt och doftar gott. hushållspersonalen är också mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. endast detta hotell tillhandahåller inte toalettartiklar som tandborstar. kanske på begäran. Detta hotell är också mycket bekvämt och nära köpcentret, Bangla Road och andra butiker. Kommer att komma igen för att bo här och rekommenderar starkt till alla som letar efter ett hotell att bo på. Budget Hotel - Good for Short Stay but Overpriced for what it is. This hotel is very basic for the price and I found prices fluctuate alot on this hotel During low season. I found for the price there are better hotels in the area thats even closer to the beach with more amenities. RESTAURANT & POOL AREA The pool area is beautiful and during my stay here the pool area was always neat and tidy with a small in-house restaurant on tue right. BREAKFASTS The breakfast menu is basic but suitable and in accordance with the price. I enjoyed the plain breakfasts and warm hospitality ROOM SERVICE Daily room service is available at this hotel. Water and coffee with sugar and tea is provided in the rooms. I was given a welcome drink on arrival in a wooden cup. It was lovely. Room will not be cleaned or water replaced unless you ask for it. ROOMS If you stay here I recommend the rooms with the pool view. The City view isn't so great. Rooms are large with a little more compact bathroom but amazing baths but in my room the water pressure wasn't so great. The geysers is on controlled temperature. The water doesnt get boiling hot here. But its a good temperature The room is comfortable and if curtains are closed its rather dark. Furnished with dark wooden furniture but comfortable bed and smart tv where you can stream on your own subscription. I liked that. You will have: Fridge Kettle, cups and glasses Plenty of packing and cupboard space Bed side Tables and lamps Towels Bedding was comfortable AIRCONDITIONING Mine was a little noisy but not intolerable and cooled nicely but had a little leak, be careful if the floor is wet its insanely slippery so use the bath mat. Aircons are very old. LOCATION The hotel is on a hill so to walk to the nearby shops and such can be a mission but they do have bike rentals at THB180 and a shuttle bus that takes you one way to the beach round 11 daily and coning back will be at your own cost. I felt it was a little far from all the major attractions and that it is in need of renovation especially outside paint work areas. The overall hotel is good I just felt for its location, basic menu, and old furnishings with the busy and sometimes noisy restaurants that its a kittle overpriced for what it actually is. PESTS Hotel has a serious ant problem. I am neat and tidy and nothing worked ants took over my room. Also get a mosquito 🦟 repellent as you next to a lake and the mozzies here are like little dragons. I do recommend this hotel but consider your surroundings and rent a bike for traveling around then it will be a comfortable stay. DEPOSIT The hotel requests a 500Baht Deposit or they hold your passport.

We got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week. Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!

I had a great stay at PJ Patong Resortel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. I especially want to thank the reception team for their kindness and helpful service. They were always attentive and made my stay much easier. I truly appreciate their support. Highly recommended!

Best budget hotel in Phuket except the dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel is located at a great place of phuket new city. This is close to other hotels like Patong Lodge hotel, Andaman etc. Between the sea and the hotel, there is only one obstacle and that is the main road. So, the hotel is so close to the sea. It gives a great view of sea from its balcony. It is located at a calm environment compared to locations near Bangla Road or Patong Beach area. Kalim Bay beach area is quite, less traffic jam and less commercial than patong or other part of phuket city. So, you can stay at your own, without much crowd with less expensive surroundings. This area is dominant by Muslims so you will get so many halal food options around the hotel. From the beginning of the evening, mobile food carts starts opening on the roads besides the sea and in front of the hotel. So you will have good halal food with less price. You can have dinner or lunch options within 50-60 baht per person. You will get Phi Phi Island tour packages and Phi Phi Ferry tickets right at the reception of this hotel at cheap rate with pick up and drop off services. You will get bike rent services just the road beside of this hotel at cheap price. Hotel staffs were so kind and helpful. If you arrive at the hotel earlier than to your check in time, they will let you keep your luggage safely and provide washrooms to change or freshen up. The rooms besides swimming pool gives you a vibe like having a private pool area,, but unfortunately, the pool was not clean. The rooms are amazing to view. It has so many elements those give aesthetic and classical looks like wall mirrors, beds, dress table mirror etc. Our room came with complementary breakfast but we couldn't avail this because breakfast was supposed to be started at 8 AM, but our pick up microbus came at 7 Am to take us to the Rasada pier to catch the ferry to Phi Phi Island. But the man on duty at the reception, made bread toast, provided butter and jam with coffee and tea, as limited breakfast option. Everything of the hotel, including the room rent and facilities were great except there was a huge dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. So there is a odor every time during your stay, especially you can't sit on your balcony or at the hotel front beautiful outdoor lobby because its like the whole city's garbage is thrown just in front of your place.

Pros 1. A clean sheet, mattress, and pillow provide comfort. 2.The water pressure is excellent for hot or cold. You can wash your clothes in this spacious bathroom. Drying clothes on the balcony. 3. The mini fridge and A/C are functioning properly. 4. The place is in the straight line to the Patong beach 100 meters away. 5. There are numerous 7-Eleven locations around. Easy to get halal foods in this convenience shop at affordable prices. 6. Nearby, there are two Starbucks, one is 200 meters away and the other is 300 meters away by walking. Muslims have the option to order juices or coffee with plant-based milk. Watson’s are next to the store. 7. McD's, Subway, and Burger King are also near this place, but they are not Muslim friendly. Bars and eateries is numerous around. 8. You can get Halal famous banana crepe and pad Thai at street vendors along Patong Beach, but please look for the Halal signage. 9. The receptionist is fluent in English. The housekeeping lady is helpful and generous. Every morning she will place a bottle of drinking water in front of the door. 10. I made the full payment via Trip.com, there was no need for a deposit. 11. You can walk to Bangla Walking Street, Hard Rock Cafe/Shop, and OTOP Market in less than 1km. 12. I charged RM130 for three nights. I love the location that surrounded a lot of attractions and can reach on foot. To get to this place from the airport, you can take a minivan at a cost of 180 baht per person. You'll be dropped off at the roadside and then walk to the hotel about 300 meters. 13. Wi-Fi connection is good. 14. Functioning water kettle. 15. Shampoo and soap is provided but better bring your own. 16. Easy to get Bolt e-hailing service at the roadside without long waits. Cons 1. The TV is not working at all. 2. No iron is provided inside and out of the room. But, this place is offering the service of washing, drying, and ironing for 100 Baht per KG. 3. The shower curtain is very dirty. I hope the hotel can change it to make the customers comfortable. 4. The balcony is slightly filthy and rusty.
