"I always stay there as family of 4 but this time for the very first time disappointed and couldn’t sleep all night due to the second attached room aircon having this strong smell couldn’t sleep all night. And early morning at 6 when finally about to sleep there were birds sound nonstop making us all awake since 6 am. Really bad night for the first time here."

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. Honestly wonderful yet enjoyable stay. However the downside is the alleyways. Do be careful to use google maps to always find your way back!"

"It was hard to find. We arrived late at night, and we had to go back and forth. Our Grab driver was kind enough not to leave us until he was able to speak to the owner and let us in. Nobody was there. Maybe because it was almost 9pm? The pipe of the toilet's sink was broken. The room was big, though, but the bed was a bit hard."

GGästanvändareWe loved every moment of our stay at Changthai Comfort Guest House. I can’t recommend it enough. From a delicious breakfast and dinner overlooking the lake, to drinking Chang by the pool in the afternoon sun, my brothers and I were very well taken care of and the staff were so lovely. Escaping the city, you can really relax here, and town is just a taxi away.
The rooms are clean, large and overlook beautiful gardens and pool. We have family in Udon Thani so we will be back!! Thankyou for having us!!!!

GGästanvändareWe stayed here for one night. This is a nice little hotel, very friendly with great staff. There is also a very nice cafe and a massage within the hotel. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. We liked this hotel - it’s the opposite of modern hotels many of which I find cold and far too uniform - with its unique style and charm. Location is good as well with many little restaurants near by yet the hotel still feels quiet and calm. We will stay again.

GGästanvändareThe room is big, clean. The bed is also big. The toilet is very clean. It is hard to get a clean room with a cheap price. On this stay, the water heater doesn't work. I told the staff to fix it. They were so nice with service mind. After trying several times, the machine still doesn't work. The owner provided me another room which they had checked the water heater machine. All staff here have a service mind. However, the new room that I got smelled cigarette a little bit. Overall, I like this hotel.

DDennis DionsonI had such a wonderful stay here for my birthday! I spent two nights at the hotel, and everything made the celebration feel extra special. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing, and the atmosphere of the hotel made the whole experience even more memorable. I truly appreciated the little details that made my birthday feel celebrated.
Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

NNoLimI’ve always stayed at Centara Udon whenever I visited Udon Thani, but this time, I decided to try something different and booked Clay Udon.
The street outside was quiet at night, unlike the livelier surroundings of Centara. Which, on some nights, I could still hear music from nearby pubs until around 3 a.m.
The room door at Clay Udon might need better soundproofing — on my last night, I could even hear my neighbour snoring!
Thankfully, I always pack earplugs, so overall, the stay was still comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. I wouldn’t mind staying here again, especially since it’s slightly more affordable than Centara.

NNewton_jennerService was the highlight of the stay. The staff went out of their way to ensure every guest felt welcome. From arranging airport transfers to providing recommendations for local dining and tours, their genuine friendliness made the experience feel personal. They greeted us with warm smiles every morning and remembered small details about our preferences, which left a lasting impression.

GGästanvändareThis is a really nice hotel. The price is amazing. The shower was so powerful. I loved it. The room was clean, the mattress was soft. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note, the lobby was a little messy. But you don’t spend any time in the lobby.  I think this was a great deal.
