Internet/Phone ReceptionWe have the fastest internet our location allows, which is typically plenty of bandwidth to support streaming and working from home. But with that said, the bandwidth can vary a bit which unfortunately is out of our control. We have never had an issue streaming though. Cell service varies by carrier. AT&T is by far the strongest (5G) but Verizon does work too. Winter ConditionsWinter in the Rockies last a bit longer and the weather can change very quickly. We do require guests to have a FWD or AWD vehicle that can handle snow Oct-May and suggest it all other times as well. The roads leading to the cabin are paved and plowed until about 100 ft before the cabin. We do our best to keep our driveway clear of snow, but it's not always possible. We do not provide refunds for cancellation due to weather and driving conditions. Light shoveling of the path leading up to the home may be required including the patio during winter months. FiresCharcoal grills and outdoor wood fires are ALWAYS strictly prohibited. Any evidence of such will result in a large fine and possible jail time. We have provided an outdoor gas grill and firepit for your use. The firewood is only to be burned indoors inside the sealed wood fired stove. Eco-FriendlyWe want to preserve the planet and all the beautiful spots in the world just like this so we do our best to have eco-friendly practices whenever possible. We are a short drive in to Denver, when you wish to go out to a movie or dinner with friends or family while at the cabin.It is a great log cabin mountain getaway with 2 bedrooms, the master with a queen-size bed, the second with a full-size bed! There is a hot tub on the deck, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area, just to name a few of the luxuries you'll find...We are 1.5 hours from Breckenridge Ski Resort and 2 hours from Winter Park Ski Resort.
