This townhouse is in the heart of the Grasshopper Valley just off of the Pioneer Mountain Scenic byway. Very quiet and comfortable with a great view of Maverick Mountain Ski Hill and the Pioneer Mountains. This is the perfect location for hunting, fishing, skiing, showshoeing, snowmobileing and many other activities depending on the season. It is located very close to many hiking trail heads. When the snow has arrived you can leave directly from the townhouse on your snowmobiles for a day of great fun on over 200 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. If you just want to relax in the hot springs, Elkhorn hot springs is just a few miles away. In the summer you can watch the chipmunks play from the back deck and deer, fox, moose and elk frequently walk by. This area is great for sledding with the kiddos.There are 3 upstairs bedrooms all with queen sizes beds. There is also a basement Bonus Room with a full bed, a twin bed, and a twin bunk bed. This is a beautiful, new cabin with modern touches, clean/minimal lines, and spectacular mountain views through massive windows. The cabin takes its name from one of the peaks you'll see right out your window, Alturas 2 (Our 1 BR cabin is named for the next peak to the south.... Alturas 1). Alturas 2 is a 2 BR cabin with a queen bed in the back bedroom and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom's bottom bunk is large enough to accommodate 2 adults. (No one over 110lbs on top bunk please. NO PETS. Alturas 1 is our pet-friendly cabin). There's also a full RV hookup just to the north of Alturas 2. Hook up your RV for a nominal fee. Rent both cabins for a discount to accommodate larger groups!There's more than enough elbow room on this (over) 10 acre property and the neighbors and noise are plenty far away.
