The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, and an oversized butcher block island with stools creates an excellent center gathering place. There is a full dining table that seats 6. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs have king beds. All are furnished and have full closets. 2 Luxurious bathrooms, one with a large tile and glass door shower and the other with a tub and shower combination.This PET-FRIENDLY home is a DOG HEAVEN! The whole lot is fenced, so you can bring your furry friends, who will have plenty of outside room to explore. We even have a spare dog bed and bowls just in case you don't bring your own! This is a 2-story home (1 queen bedroom downstairs, 1 queen & 1 king upstairs) with bamboo floors and tile in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Full laundry facilities with a new Maytag washer and dryer. The home also has a water filtration system with filtered water at the kitchen sink. Plush Biltmore towels and clean linens will be provided for you. Upstairs, there is a bonus kids playroom that has a twin bed in a nook. We do have a pack and play available upon request. Away from the noise of the main highway, but within walking distance of downtown (1/2 mile) and so many delicious restaurants, breweries and cool shops. Then you can come back to "your home away from home" and relax. There is a garage attached to the house for you to use during your stay. There is so much to do in Brevard and the surrounding area!
