Restaurants are open, the beaches are pristine, fishing is great and the wildlife is amazing. Our home is built on stilts and has a backyard full of citrus trees and orchids. Located at located 40 Oster Court, the house a beautiful two-bedroom home with a separate den/office with a bunk bed. It is The house is furnished and equipped as a second home--not a 'rental unit.' All three of the bathrooms are new. Our family loves to cook --the kitchen is a cook's kitchen. We are located on the quiet part of a private community, Sunset Captiva, just a few minutes walk from the pool and beach. We have a small citrus grove behind the house (grapefruit, orange, meyer lemon and key lime trees) and an extensive orchid collection. Several good restaurants are within a two minute walk. The community pool is only a three minute walk away. The beach is just a minute further. There is great boating and fishing. The beach is extraordinary and extends for miles. This is a great vacation home for young families. We have two pak-n-plays, a high chair and baby monitor. We are at the end of a cul de sac- away from the noise on Andy Rosse lane -and the setting is quiet and private.
