It is the perfect blend of family time located on a quiet canal with a DNR boat launch nearby. A neighborhood beach for swimming in the big lake is just down the road.Our property has a sandy area for the kids to play but not an area for swimming. In the summer of 2025, the water in our canal dried up completely due to drought conditions. We are hoping for a snowy winter and rainy spring to bring back the water in front of our house. We provide kayaks that can be taken to the boat launch to drop in or for a river ride down the Muskegon River. There's a grill on the deck and nice play area for the kids. There's plenty of room for yard games like corn hole and ladder ball.The house is just 3.8 miles away from the Pere Marquette Rail Trail which is great for walking, biking and snowmobiling.
