There is a fire pit that can be used on chilly nights.The home may be called a tiny home but offers all the amenities of a full-size home.The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan. The living room has a designated workspace that allows working at home. There is a smart TV in the living room area with basic cable and seating area. The kitchen offers seating at the bar with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There are blinds throughout the home to allow for privacy.The one bedroom offers a queen bed with and additional air conditioning unit. The bathroom offers a bathtub with shower. Please note, the tiny home has a smaller hot water heater. The loft has two twin size mattresses. Refer to the pictures and has limited head space. You cannot stand up in loft. These two mattresses have the bedding folded on top of the mattresses. Enter loft at own risk. No children allowed in loft at any time. Handrail must be used while entering and exiting loft. Please note that the path to get to pier has several steps and slopes downward. Use caution when walking to pier and the handrail must be used. Children are not allowed to be unaccompanied at any time while on pier.Due to safety and security reasons visitors of any type must be communicated with and approved by the host before arrival of visitors. Charges may apply to any additional proposed and approved overnight or part time visitors/ guests.
