The pool is open roughly May-October and for the use of Indian Summer residents and renters only. There are plenty of pool chairs and dining tables available for your use on the pool deck. There are also grilling stations(charcoal) on the property, as well as picnic tables and a covered area poolside. Carolina Sunshine is on the second floor and requires guests to climb two sets of stairs. There is a private carport on the ground level that will fit two cars, limited to two cars only of normal size. Also note that while it is a short walk to the beach, there is a stairway over the dunes in order to access the beach.Each bed has a comforter, pillows, and extra blankets.
