Recently renovated to preserve the historic charm but also add modern amenities. This unit is located on the third floor of the house and has 33 steps in total. 3 to get into the stairwell space, 15 from the first to second floor, and 15 steps from the second to third floor.The bedroom area of the studio has a queen sized bed, with two bedside tables that have touch activated lamps and a USB outlet.In the living room and bedroom area is a stationary bike and a row machine for those that want to get a workout in while staying.Feel at home with a fully furnished kitchen and dining room to share a home cooked meal! The bathroom is located off of the kitchen and has a clawfoot tub. Please be aware that there is no traditional shower and the ceilings are angled. The exterior door and the door to access the studio have a keypad lock with a unique code shared upon booking.We are located in the city and there will be city sounds such as trash collection and emergency vehicles. We are tucked away on a quiet street but those sounds will still happen on occasion. Price per night includes up to 2 guests. We do have a couch in the living room that folds down to be a bed that sleeps one. If you want to add additional guests(1 max for a total of 3 people in the unit), it's $10 per guest/night.House RulesGuests book with us for a clean, quiet and comfortable travel stay, not to hear other guests hosting a loud group, party or event.
