Our location is ideal with restaurants and shops walking distance from this condo. The condo is also 10min from Laguna Beach and 1 hour boat ride from Catalina Island. Free trolley ride steps away which takes you into Laguna. Sleeps 6 comfortably and is equipped with beach gear, which includes : towels,Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, ice chest, 2 boogie boards, and a umbrella. This fabulous beach condo has ceiling fans, 2 ocean view balconies with BBQ, 3 flat screen TVs w/ cable, 2 DVD players, Wifi access, a DVD library, mini bar w/ ice bucket & bar accessories with martini & wine glasses plus martini shaker. This unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer inside condo. Bedroom #1 has 2 double beds and the master has a brand new Cal King, and a new desk. For your comfort, The living room also has a new couch which reclines and new smart TV purchased in 2021. Rooms are equipped with lots of extra pillows and blankets.
