I guarantee you this is the prime beach block in all of SanDiego. this home is 200 ft from the beach. 1 min walk out the front gate. 3 houses back from the sand. no stairs or cliffs to walk down, like all of Solana Beach and most of Delmar. this is part of the 4 premium blocks of perfect beach and access. between 20th and 21st to be exact. We built our dream home, across the street, because we feel so strongly about it. And have 2 other rentals all on this very block between 20th and 21st.
