To clarify, the space is meant to serve the purpose of being able to enjoy being in a fabulous location to "hang your hat", sleep, and provide some of the conveniences of home by having a small kitchen space!Bottom level of Top of the World has a restaurant in winter season and snow ski lift tickets and equipment rental! Easy elevator access and luggage racks to transport your items up to your condo! Kitchen is outfitted with pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. to cook while on your mountain getaway! Comfy couch, living room chair, flat screen TV and high-top counter with stools! Coffee table is custom made by your host - if you have interest in custom made/live-edge furniture - let your host know!! Bathroom has shower/tub and Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed! Linens & Towels now included (1 queen bed / 1 queen pullout)! There is no air conditioner in the space however there are ceiling fans and portable fan.You may use the coin-operated laundry facility just steps away down the hall from condo - bring your own detergent!Guest accessThe whole condo is for your enjoyment in addition to coin operated washer and dryer down the hall! Ski In/Ski Out – with Beautiful Mountain Views!Welcome to this beautiful Ski/Bike In/Out condo in Mountain Lodge, steps away from the Ballhooter lift! The condo is directly adjacent to the Snowshoe Village with all the restaurants, bars, stores, Split Rock Pools, and other attractions nearby. Our condo is equipped with everything you need. The space is warm and inviting with a lot of unique touches and features beautiful mountain views from the balcony. Our mission is to ensure you enjoy your experience on the mountain, and we are only an email away, so don’t hesitate to reach out.This condo unit offers:- High speed internet- Kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, regular drip coffee machine, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, pots/pans and everything else you need for cooking- Bedroom has 1 (one) Queen size bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, a closet- There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a combination of tub and shower- Living Room has a queen sleeping sofa, and smart TV- Dining room table with 4 chairs- All linen for beds and towels for each registered guest is included. Initial essential items such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and dish soap are included to kick off your stay.
