You may find yourself spending most of the time on the fan favorite back porch with four comfortable rocking chairs. Shelbie, an interior designer and historic preservationist, wanted to keep the historic integrity of the home yet make it comfortable for modern times. The cottage boasts two bedrooms (Gallery Room: full Bed and Quilt Room: two twin beds) with two full bathrooms including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and pantry/utility room with a washer and dryer. An old, enormous pecan tree shades the comfortable back porch stocked with quality rocking chairs and a patio with a picnic table. If you like to cook out…well there is also a grill for anyone to use! The base prices is for double occupancy. Additional guests’ fee is $25/guest/night plus hotel tax. Please make sure to specify the correct number of guests for your visit. Children of all ages are considered an additional guest.
