From your deck you can watch ferries travel back and forth between the islands and Hyannis Harbor. SORRY NO PETS. This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute stroll on the footpath. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees. Cottage also overlooks a tidal basin with a variety of birds: Seabirds, gulls, plovers, swans, ducks, eagles, hawks, falcons and many others. This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management and free linen service. All linens are provided, including sheets, blankets, pillows and pillowcases. The bathroom is stocked with bath towels and washcloths, bar soap, TP and a hair dryer. Extra towels and washcloths are available free at the cottage supply shed next to the office. You will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is an iron and ironing board. In the kitchen, the cottage has paper towels, a bottle of dish soap, a dish towel, dishwasher tablets, and a pot scrubber. Laundry detergent for the washer.
