All neighbors have been in their houses for a very long time. For this reason, we do not allow parties or gatherings. The maximum number of guests is all that is allowed at any given time and any person sleeping must be accounted for in your booking. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. After this time all noise must be contained within the house. **SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBBITED INSIDE!!! We have locations outside and away from the entries where smoking is allowed. An automatic $150 extra cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking inside.
