"This hotel was a surprising all-around winner. I had interactions with three staff, and all of them were cheerful, friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and well-supplied, the breakfast was ample, and the property is located near several good eating options. On the first floor, there is a family-friendly play area with two foosball tables and several tables scattered around for groups to hang out and play games. Helpfully, TRU provides a selection of board games and puzzles for groups to enjoy. Additionally, there is a fire-pit on site if people want to enjoy some time around a campfire outside. All in all, this hotel is a winner!"

"Came for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!"

"The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only complaint is that they do not serve breakfast until 6:30 AM. Many flights leave the airport at 8 o’clock, so I was unable to get the breakfast I had paid for."

"Excellent hotel. Only disappointment is that there is no gluten free dairy free options for breakfast other than oranges, bananas and orange juice. However for those that can eat the breakfast it is great."

喝喝咖啡的HanCompletely wonderful hotel. It almost feels like a 4 star hotel with the exquisite furnishings they used from the lobby, hall way, and the room. The location is fantastic as you have almost everything you need in walking distance such as restaurant, supermarket, departmental store, theatre.

It was manageable but it was separated by a corner, and the view was of a crumbling wall. The prime amenity we were looking forward to was the bar, which closed an hour prior to when we were told it would.

GGästanvändareI love staying here. The staff treats you like family and are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good and the rooms are always impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel. The general manager, Ty, goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are happy and comfortable.

DDr CushHotel was good for going to a concert. Pool and hot tub had decent hours. Only complaint was not having coffee or towels re-stocked in the room. The walls were also a bit thin; could hear conversations in the hallway clearly and didn’t feel there was much privacy to be had in the bathroom

GGästanvändareService was very helpful. Since I was going to be arriving after hours, I was called with how to access the key card for my room. The highlighted map inside was great to find my room. I was a little nervous when I first arrived to the room, because the shades were open and a few lights as well as the TV were on. It made me feel like there was already someone in the room. I entered the room with my key and took a look around, but there was nobody there. The area where this hotel is located is nice. There is a lot of shopping and food areas nearby. The room was pretty clean, but it had a faint smell of smoke. One of the shades in the room by the door I couldn't see how to close them, so that made me nervous, because then you could see into the room, and when you look in that window it looks directly at the bed area. That made me feel slightly uncomfortable since I'm not familiar with the area.
