"This is a small hotel near Auburn airport. Service was really good, room was clean and comfortable. And also this hotel offers a continental breakfast that was pretty good. I would recommend you to stay in this hotel if you travel to Seattle or Mount Rainier National Park."

"We stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!"

"We were very pleased with our stay at Snoqualmie Inn. Even when I had to call and request a room change due to a party happening next door. Some kids were having fun next to us at 11pm. I didn't complain knowing it being the off season there would be lots of empty rooms. The front desk man was quick to understand and nicely up graded us to a huge nice suite. Actually he heard the neighbors when he brought our new keys up to us. Again I told him I didn't want to disturb the party, They were young kids having fun on their trip. We were just 2 old gals. Like my sister said ' we have already had our fun years ago' . Anyway we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend the Snoqualmie Inn."

"My card key didn't work the whole stay. Something was seriously wrong with the key reader even the master key from the receptionist didn't work. It was really annoying constantly requesting a new one. I must've gone through 10 card keys. The gym was small but nice. Had a pelaton. Breakfast was fairly good as well. Pool was under matinence. No one ever picked up at the front desk when called. So just overall lots of inconveniences. One night I went up and down like 4 times, still the card key didn't work."

"While the customer service of the associates was fine, the carpet in the room was so sticky! My shoes stuck to it. To my surprise, the hotel shuttle was only available from 5/5:30 a.m. to 20:30. They were nice enough to order a taxi for me, but I did have to pay for it. I chose this hotel for the shuttle and the location close to the mall. They were kind enough to take me to and pick me up from the mall."

"The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!"

"Hotel is Conveniently located near Line 1 - U District Station , only about 6 minutes walk to hotel from train station. We took Line 1 from airport to U District station. Hotel room is clean , spacious and nice and fits 2 queen size beds. Beds are also comfortable.  There is also complementary breakfast . Safeway supermarket and eateries are all nearby . Easy to take Line 1 to do sightseeing ."

"I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!"
