This half of a newly built townhouse boasts 1100 Square ft. of comfort and modern amenities. Books for adults and kids are available if that's more your vibe. You'll have your own private patio with a propane barbeque grill (available May-October), and table and chairs for dining outside. Wifi is available for all your internet needs. The master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress. There's a dresser available as well as a walk-in closet off the master bathroom, for storing your clothes. Complimentary hair dryer, toiletries, and linens are there for you to use. The living room and master bedroom are located at the back of the house which makes for a nice, private and quiet stay. The guest bedroom has a new queen mattress and a large closet. The guest bath has a full tub/shower with complimentary toiletries. The washer and dryer are located here, with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. There is a 19 ft. deep, single car garage to secure your collector car, motorcycle, or anything else you want to secure during your stay. The class 2 EV charger is located just inside, on the wall. Due to insurance restrictions, we ask that you please not park your EV in the garage. This home is centrally located with the Goldendale Observatory State Park, to the north, and the Columbia River and wineries to the south. Downtown you'll find restaurants and The Presby Museum. There is a city pool with a disc golf course, and hiking trails located on Observatory Hill. A double wide trailer home located 1mile from 76 & DQ in the town of Goldendale, sets on 10 acre lot with pond. We have 5 koi fish in here, no fishing, no swimming is allowed. No skating during winter month where pond is icy and sleek. Golf cart temporarily unavailable. 3 bedrooms, has 2 queen bed and 1 full bed. Has 2 bathrooms. Entire kitchen is functional, spices, oven, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave etc. Bar height dining table and chairs seats six people.Laundry washer and dryer could also be use, ironing board also available. TV along with the office table and another TV in the leaving room with couch and love seat with other 2 recliners (No sleeping in any of the furniture please).
