We have a washer and dryer for your convenience as well as towel racks in the pool area. Note: For added security for peace of mind, there are three surveillance cameras outside of the home capable of recording and picking up sound. One over the garage viewing the driveway; another viewing the entrance door and walkway, and one inside the patio area viewing the fence door and outside yard. We respect your privacy, there are no cameras and/or listening devices inside the home or pool and sitting patio area. The outside of the home is well-lit as well. To make it even better the big backyard allowed us to set up another sitting area by the bonfire. Sol & Luna is a comfortable and beautiful place to relax and enjoy your vacation, with 1,880Sq Ft. It’s located 15 min from Clearwater Beach, top rated beach in the country. 15 min from Indian Rocks, 20 minutes from St Petersburg Beach and other great beaches. We are 20-25 minutes from Tampa International Airport, close from Countryside Mall, Tampa International Mall, and many restaurants in the surrounding area. Universal Studio and Disney are around 1.5 hours from the property. The owners has an attached efficiency Studio (in the garage) with an independent entrance, and it’s used for two or three more guests. Guests in the garage are able to use the pool and patio area. So pool, patio and laundry are shared.Pool cleans (small branches/leaves only) get done every two or three days a week by the owners, and every Wednesday by a pool company service. Our patio has nice trees that provide a lot of nice shade, but also a lot of leaves.The laundry room is on one side of the house, and it’s shared. Please feel free to use it from 7am to 10 pm.We have a big and spacious living room with a 65” TV with access to the internet. We don’t have TV cable, just Netflix.  The dining room has a big dinning table with 6 chairs and also a TV.The kitchen is well equipped: microwave, blender, (no dishwasher), three bar stools. We provide some base cooking (oil, salt, pepper, sugar)Master bedroom has a Queen bed and a spacious independent bathroom, 2 extra rooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with a bunk bed. We have two extra sofa beds in the dining room and two more bathrooms, the house holds up to 9 people but the price is based on 7 people.
