What makes this property inviting is the amount of space it has to accommodate large groups of people. We welcome family reunions, retreats, sports teams, and group events. The home will sleep 13 and the outer bunkhouses will sleep up to 25. The bunk houses have beds and mattress/with mattress protectors. You will just need to bring sleeping bags or bedding. There are 2 full bathrooms in the house, and a bathhouse with 3 full bathrooms that sits near the bunkhouses. In the winter months November - March 1st the bathhouse will be winterized, but the bunkhouses have heaters that keep them nice and warm. There are A/C units for the summer time temperatures. The garage is the center for activity with a pool table, ping pong table, corn hole yard game, sound speaker and Alex, banquet tables and chairs, and extra refrigerator, dutch ovens, and camp chairs. The Lemhi River runs along the property giving full frontage access for fishing, tubing, or playing in the water. Sit on the deck in the evening watching the wildlife or relax in the hot tub gazing up at the stars. There is plenty of parking and room for trailers and ATV’s. This Luxury Conestoga Wagon is anything but ordinary! It is 25ft. long (180sq.ft) and has a 2 hoop, double canvas dome with “dead air space” insulation. Mitsubishi mini-split Heat and A/C. The wagon features a king size bed, and a set of twin bunk beds. Includes a wagon wheel glass top table, retro refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric tea pot, coffee press, and toaster. Two night stands with USB outlets, and 7 standard electrical outlets. Overhead lights, wooden door, porch light!The SpaceThere are two Conestoga Wagons with a shower unit between them. Shower unit provides each wagon with a private full size shower, sink and toilet. Both shower units feature mini-split heat and A/C and on demand hot water! Towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are supplied, as well as a framed mirror and hair dryer.A Few RulesThis is a NON-SMOKING wagon.
