"I had a fantastic experience staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. "The doors all slam, making it uncomfortable/non restful for business people that have a different schedule from that of 8-5:00. The GM Tom addressed the issue with the washing machine the same day. GM, Tom is very much so focused on his guest and the enjoyment  of the guest to ensure guests are happy and taken care of."

"Given the price, the location and services are satisfactory. It tools around 8 mins walk to Convention Centre. But, you can arrange Shuttle bus to get there too for free. Their breakfast are quite good too. It’s 24 hours coffee bar is my favorite too. However, it’s too bad that the room is bit old and my room has hot water and sink issues. If not, I should have rated 5 stars for this hotel."

"I can't tell you what an amazing experience my best friend and I had staying here. We were in town to see Justin Timberlake. Upon check in we were heated with a smile by ”Jelly”. You receive a ”free drink” coupon with your stay. I don't drink so she make me the most beautiful Shirley Temple. The ”Stash” closet had all the things I needed that I forgot at home. Such a quaint room. I love the vintage look and feel of the whole place. I didn't want to leave. ONLY downside was parking. You are pretty much forced to valet park."

"I found this on my bed frame, it’s a metal over the bed mattress , I hitting it hurting my leg, but when I went to tell the front desk about it , they took care of it right away . The front desk is very very nice . The entire of room , very clean and comfortable, I would like to recommend to other to come to stay here and myself again"

"Just needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable."
