Step back in time and enjoy staying on a working cattle farm in one of the oldest brick houses in Marshall County Tennessee. We have have remodeled this house and it has all your needs. Enjoy the views of the hilltops and cattle roaming all around while sitting next to the fire. My grandfather bought this farm in 1963 and it was a dairy until 2021. Since then we have been transitioning to a beef farm. We also raise longhorns that you will be able to watch graze in the pasture beside the house. Come relax at our 1910 farmhouse on a small cattle farm minutes from I-65. Our home is located within 5 miles of Lewisburg city limits featuring a 2 bed, 1 bath refreshing farm setting with a spacious back deck ideal for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife allowing you to get away from everyday life. There is small lake nearby which is great for fishing, kayaking, or a peaceful picnic. We are conveniently located to Columbia(20min), Franklin (40min), and Nashville (1 hour)The spaceYou have the entire home to yourself. The only thing that is shared about this property is the driveway is used from time to time to get to the pasture behind the house or to the smoke house located beside the home.We provide a starter toiletry pack. This is includes toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and trash bag.
