Our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Airport West was truly a pleasant experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The staff made us feel welcomed and were always willing to assist, which added a personal touch to our stay. The facilities were well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a layout that made it easy to relax and settle in. While we were assigned an accessible room, which was not our preference, it was clearly indicated at the time of booking, and the space was still well kept and functional. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was excellent, with a good variety of options, fresh items, and a satisfying start to each day. This was certainly a standout feature and added great value to the experience. Overall, this is a hotel I would recommend for its cleanliness, quality service, and strong amenities. With careful room selection, it can provide an even more tailored and enjoyable stay.

so convenient so clean close to the airport provided transportation affordable close to the Miami ports.

The hostel was nice but I had some issues. Before booking I called to see if it was possible to check in an 2am (it was). When I arrived at the hostel I was told I couldn’t get a blanket because housekeeping wasn’t in at the time. After asking what I was supposed to sleep in I was given a towel. The next day after asking again I again didn’t get a blanket but a sheet. The other issue I had was the rules for the AC one of the occupants in my room had tubed the AC on super cold. After talking to others in the room who also told me it was to cold we decided to turn the AC up to make it a bit warmer. After being shouted at for making it to warm and countless talked we went to the reception to ask for help. The staff that came our room though didn’t do much other than saying everyone needs to be ok with the temperature.

Overall pretty decent hotel in a great location. For the price, you get what you pay for, the room was in decent condition. The entrance definitely should be more visible as it was hard to find the place… Parking was not ideal as they suggest you park in a paid parking lot $40 a day that’s a 6 min walk from the actual hotel. The rooms were very pretty though and clean, and the service was friendly! Only complaint really is the lack of counter/storage in the ADA king bed room… there is a single sink that you would find in a powder room, with no counter or cabinets. Wasn’t too expensive especially given the close location, so would come back to this hotel. Also, I would say that I wouldn’t visit if you’re looking for a quieter stay as the walls are pretty thin and there were definitely some rowdy late night guests. Thats many places in SoBe though, so was expecting as much.

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

Hôtel plutôt bien placé, propre et agréable. La chambre est grande et le lit très confortable, rien à redire !

Sparkling clean room. Excellent service and great recommendations of things to do from the staff. They also put on daily free events from volleyball, to watching the sunset, karaoke, and nightclubbing. There is also a cute library where you can get work done or have a bite to eat as the library is equipped with refrigerators and a microwave. We absolutely would come back if we were to visit Miami again, however, I am more interested in visiting more of their other locations down in Central and South America!

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
