Good location, good service, excellent food Recommend for family and business trip

エンゼルスタジアムでの野球観戦のために宿泊しました。スタジアムからは駐車場を通って10分もかからないくらいで、エンゼルスタジアムでの野球観戦には最も便利なホテルだと思います。

I was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly. I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided. Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation.

We stayed here or 4 nights during our Disneyland and Disney California Adventure trip, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The reception staff were consistently helpful, insightful, and clearly experts in what they do, you can tell they take pride in their work. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. A complimentary breakfast is provided daily. While the breakfast wasn’t quite to my personal taste, I recognize that’s a matter of preference. Our room was fully equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and even a bathtub. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly together, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the city. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and this is easily one of the best. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit.

Location is near freeway exit however has construction going on especially at night

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!

The hotel was nice, the room, a  mini suite, was spacious. Most of the front desk staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. But at times I realized my concerns were completely being ignored so I just quit speaking and walked away. The breakfast staff was wonderful. But getting housekeeping service, even when repeatedly requested, was nearly impossible. Even just getting clean towels was very difficult and frustrating.  In addition, our room could have been cleaner when we arrived. The refrigerator and kitchen cupboards were very smeared rather than clean.  The name which includes Maingate, insinuates that the hotel is close to the Maingate of DL. We were unpleasantly surprised to learn that, in actuality, it was a two mile walk. Thankfully ART provided excellent service from two properties down from ours.

Mycket ren!Inte för långt från Disneyland och vi kunde hitta parkering båda dagarna som är en must för mig. Mina enda frågor var när jag checkade in, mannen som hjälpte mig var mycket snäll, men kvinnan på kontot bredvid honom var mycket barmhärtig och tog mitt ID bort från honom och tittade på det och sedan på mig mycket anklagande. Jag vet inte om hon trodde att det var falskt eller vad men det var hemskt och mycket brutalt. Min andra fråga var att när vi kom ner för frukost klockan 8:30 (morgonen slutar kl. 9:30) var de nästan helt ur mat (allt som lämnades var några potatis, spannmål och havre) och när vi frågade kökspersonalen om de skulle gå till. Vi ignorerades barmhärtigt tills hon äntligen sa att det de redan hade sagt var allt de skulle göra för dagen.Överlag var platsen och rummet ganska bra det bara några av personalen som förstörde det lite. (Förutom den man som checkade in oss var han väldigt snäll!)Inte en hemsk upplevelse, men om jag betalar så mycket skulle jag förvänta mig bättre service.

El hotel está bien situado para ir a Disney, con paradas de autobús, buenos servicios alrededor y el hotel recién reformado muy limpio,,, solo tiene un problema, el tema de insonorización está muy mal, si te toca una habitación de la planta baja vas a oír todas las pisadas y la TV de los vecinos de al lado, pero si solo vas a dormir como yo cuando hemos venido de Disney, no vas a tener problemas ya que llegas reventado. El desayuno ligero y la cafetera deberían de poner alguna más profesional y no la de cápsulas,, pero el precio del hotel es insuperable,,, calidad precio no vas a encontrar nada mejor por la zona.
