"I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No advance reservation needed. Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. Free coffee, tea, and hot water 24 hours. Hotel location is pretty far from all attractions. Need to drive or take uber to go to malls and attractions Universal studio 45mins walk from hotel"

"Went for football tournament. Location was great. And staff was friendly. But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why. They told me they only clean on the fourth day so I asked them to start cleaning my room since I was gonna be there for three nights so they clean the second night."

"The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the the parks in general. Enjoyed the stay."

"Clean room, comfortable huge double bed, friendly staff. Although I did get bitten by a mosquito but managed to find and squash it! One point to note is that they do not give free bottled water. There are water cooler/collection points near the lobby. So bring your own bottle. Another tip for showering is to put the curtain inside the tub. Else the water would flow out and cause a flood."

"Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Can walk nearest restaurant about 10-15 mins. Has coin operated laundry which is a great help. Room is big but there a few issues we faced: Room : 219 1. Shower no heater (barely feel any warm water) 2. Hairdryer not working 3. Directly facing pool, so can hear kids shouting and jumping around the pool. It’s fine after a certain time at night. 4. Can hear plane flying past. Breakfast is average but it’s good enough. Free airport shuttle is a plus. Is good for over night stay before catching the plane once the heater and hair dryer are fixed."
