This is our personal home for 10 plus years and we would like to share this beautiful home with you as we travel. This house is located in a small secluded, quiet neighborhood on a one acre wooded lot. It is about 10 minute drive to BOK and downtown Tulsa, 15-20 minutes to Tulsa Expo Center and Gathering Place. Keystone Lake is about 10 minutes away, Osage Casino 3 minutes, and the recently renovated, including new greens and bunkers is the Canyons Golf Course 2 minutes away and local dining and shopping within 5 minutes including Walmart. There is 30' above ground pool with large deck. The patio has a real wood fire pit (wood is provided), a gas grill, two tables and chairs, patio lighting, and chiminea. It is a great place for eating, visiting around the fire, s’mores or a grilled burger or steak. Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The hot tub is seasonal and closed during summer months. A Ring doorbell and security cameras are installed in the front of the property for your protection and our peace of mind.
