There are 3 TV’s in the home each with a Roku for streaming access: 40” in Master BR, 60” in upper level living room, and 80” in lower level family room. Guests must supply their own logins for streaming services and remember to log out of those services upon check out.OUTSIDE: Walking off of the upper level, the deck features a grill and seating area, with steps down to a second deck where a beautiful hot tub awaits you! Additional seating at the picnic table and a firepit in a privacy-fenced area fully complement the outdoor space for you to relax and enjoy! The large backyard is also available for use and safe for children away from the street!SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS (Sleeps 12+ Infant): Upper Level consists of the Master BR with a king bed and BR2 with both a queen bed and Pack & Play. Finally, there is a pull-out couch in the main lower level family room.Sorry we do not allow smoking or pets at our vacation property. No parking on the street. Guests are not permitted to use garage. There is a 4 car maximum, and all cars need to be kept in the driveway. This is a quiet neighborhood and no large gatherings (parties) are allowed.
