Batts Family Park that offers a playground and a basketball court. The park also has a 920 foot boardwalk that extends out over the marsh. Our beach house offers a great entertaining area for family get togethers. This open and airy home has been renovated with all new white kitchen cabinets, gorgeous granite, stainless steel GE appliances, beautiful LVP flooring throughout and modern comfy furniture. On the back side of the house and facing the marsh and intercostal waterway, there are 2 spacious decks the full length of the house, to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail and take in the stunning sunsets and beautiful marsh views. In the short distance, you can see boats cruising up and down the Intercostal Waterway. All Marshed Up offers 4 bedrooms, and 4 baths. Bed sizes include a King, 2 Queens and a Full-Over Queen bunk bed, sleeping a total of 9 people. Three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor while the 4th is located on the 1st level with an ensuite half bath. The Master bedroom, located at the end of the hall, offers a King bed, 55” flat screen TV, a private full bath and a view of the Marsh and Intracoastal Waterway. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed and also a view of the Marsh and Intracoastal Waterway. The 3rd bedroom has a Full-Over-Queen bunk bed and shares a full bathroom in the hallway with Bedroom 2. The 3rd level offers a comfortable living and entertaining space with a vaulted shiplap ceiling, recessed LED lighting in faux beams, ample seating with 3 couches, an 80” flat screen Smart TV with high-speed wireless internet access so you can stream your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. subscriptions. The dining table seats up to 8 and the kitchen counter has a raised bar top for extra seating. Great for entertaining and having some quality family time. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining areas and is complete with all major appliances and basic cooking needs. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and a regular brew coffee machine. The 3rd level also offers a half bath just off the kitchen. Sit on the large private balcony and take it all in as you look out over the well maintained pool and courtyard and onto the ocean. Watch a sunrise or sunset or if you are lucky you may even get to see some dolphins playing in the waves.Happiness Comes in Waves is located just over 1 mile north of Surf City town center. It's easy to walk or bike to several local restaurants, beach and gift shops, coffee bars, local wine bars, and even live entertainment. Surfing and wind surfing lessons are available near by for those feeling adventurous. If you are wanting to see the island from the water try renting a paddle board, jet ski, or boat. You can even book yourself a fishing guide. Whatever you want to do it is here! Be sure not to miss our local Turtle Hospital where you can see rescued sea turtles.
