"The doors all slam, making it uncomfortable/non restful for business people that have a different schedule from that of 8-5:00. The GM Tom addressed the issue with the washing machine the same day. GM, Tom is very much so focused on his guest and the enjoyment  of the guest to ensure guests are happy and taken care of."

"The front desk staff provided very friendly and exceptional customer service since the moment I arrived ! The room we stayed in was fully remodeled and kept clean! They have a gym, pool, and bar/restaurant in the lobby. Another plus is that they provide airport shuttle pick up and drop off. I really enjoyed my stay!"

"Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to."

"Given the price, the location and services are satisfactory. It tools around 8 mins walk to Convention Centre. But, you can arrange Shuttle bus to get there too for free. Their breakfast are quite good too. It’s 24 hours coffee bar is my favorite too. However, it’s too bad that the room is bit old and my room has hot water and sink issues. If not, I should have rated 5 stars for this hotel."

"The complimentary shuttle service is perfect if you’re someone who needs to reach the airport. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and relatively clean and the staff are friendly helpful and polite. The amenities were just alright, we’ve been to cheaper hotels that provided free water and breakfast. Just ended up using take out delivery to cover our meals since we weren’t driving anywhere. The pool is also a nice bonus. Wish I had brought my swim trunks. Overall, a great experience for the price we paid."

"Just needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable."
