"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the décor and amenities.
The facilities were top-notch—quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the breakfast. It was phenomenal! There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries. They even make fresh custom omelets. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was excellent.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return!"

"My family had an okay stay. We booked 3 rooms and all but one was not okay. The TV didn't work, and the manager came up to the room, and all he said was oh sorry and did nothing to do to fix it. So the night manager might need a little more experience on making guests happy. The night crew at the front desk was awesome, fast check and positive attitude. .."

"The check-in was friendly and quick. The lobby and common areas were nice and clean. The room was clean, spacious, laid out well and very functional. The only problem was the GE air unit was noisy and chirped all night. It woke us up a couple of times. We checked in late and were just there for one night and put up with it. Breakfast bar area was nice and clean, and the food was the usual, but adequate."

"We had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience."

GGästanvändareI was extremely satisfied with everything I experienced at this hotel except for one thing, which I expressed to a front desk employee: there is an exterior trash can close to the main entrance that became overflowing with trash to the point where it was on the ground, and the ashtray on top of it was never emptied during my 3 night stay either. The response I received was that the owners would not hire a 'houseman' to attend to this and other duties, and no one else is assigned to do so. Unacceptable. Something has to be done to ensure this is rectified immediately.

We came down to eat breakfast at 9:08am and was told the breakfast closed at 9am. We chose this hotel because the stay included breakfast. Hope the front desk can get the right info before informing their guests.

CChandra MarcellI actually came here to visit a family member that was battling breast cancer, so to be honest majority of my time was been at the hospital. I didn’t spend much in my room, but as far as I could see, everything was nice. I didn’t have any problems or complications.
