Perfect for short getaways to enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, etc. in the beautiful Tennessee mountains as well as mid-term stays. Conveniently located near Bryan College, Dayton Boat Dock, Watts Bar Lake, Laurel Snow Trails, short drive to Lake Chicamauga, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. Our house also has a two car garage perfect to park a boat. We also have a parking lot at the end of our street to park extra vehicles. Welcome to our lake house! This house is located directly in the Cove of Lake Chickamauga in Dayton, TN. It is located less than 1.5 miles from local Fraiser Park public boat launch & Blue water RV Resorts. You're able to hear live bands in the summer while enjoying sitting on the private deck of Main home. This property has a total of 4 individual units. This unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a main party deck and a private balcony deck off master bedroom. There is a fire pit to enjoy those summer nights with friends and family. This house can currently sleep up to 10 people. This unit has been undergoing extensive renovations, and the Sun room is currently not accessible due to renovation, but soon, we will have a game room with an additional sleeping area. The exterior of the home still has some renovations being completed, but not while you're on your vacation! Come and enjoy a little slice of heaven. TVA and Traveling nurses are welcome for longer stays at discounted rates. (Some restrictions may apply). Recently added Kayak's to rent to enhance your vacationWater levels are subject to change due to being controlled by TVA. May - October they are at full pool levels. During certain times of the year November-April, there is potentially no water at dock. These are also subject to change during major weather events.During the late summer months late July/August there potentially can be excessive weeds in the cove. Due to TVA rules/requirements we are not able to spray chemicals to remove. This could effect your ability to swim until your out deeper in the lake.Our home is located in a humid location right on the water, and while we maintain a clean and tidy space where a pest company comes every two weeks. You may encounter some common to Tennessee household insects from time to time. Ranging from Ant to Spiders to Cockroaches. We take preventative measures, but nature is part of the charm in this location.
